Dylan is a member of the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS), and the American Bar Association Family Law Section. Dylan partners with Men Having Babies, a non-profit organization, to provide discounted and pro bono services to qualifying participants. Dylan also served on the Institutional Review Board for the Zouves Foundation for Reproductive Medicine.

It's been a little over a year since I first worked with Dylan Tarnoff on my legal agreement with a known sperm donor. At first, I was dismayed that I was required to hire lawyers for both parties, but I quickly found that this was standard practice. Dylan's cost was actually very reasonable and turned out to be a great value given the circumstances. The very detailed 14 pg agreement was as comprehensive as possible, citing as many cases in this new field as possible. The session to go over the details was actually pretty fun as Dylan has a great sense of humor about this unique and burgeoning field of law. He truly has a sense of duty and advocacy for his client and was the epitome of professionalism. There were a couple incidents after that initial agreement where I required his counsel. Dylan was very empathetic, understanding and appropriately upset in a lawyerly way for my circumstances. I found it a great comfort that not only did he have an ironclad agreement that spelled out my rights, he still made himself available to assuage any concerns.
