Monica has been practicing law for over 20 years. Her varied legal practice includes not only providing legal services to individuals and families with fertility law needs, but also providing litigation and transactional legal support to individuals and companies. Monica has extensive experience both in negotiating contracts and in representing clients in state and Federal courts. This broad range of experience ensures that her clients have practical, reliable and real-world legal advice and services. Monica and her knowledgeable team will work with you for all of your fertility law needs, including drafting gestational carrier agreements, completing court parentage paperwork at time of birth, and related legal advice and services. Sarah Edmunds and Monica Cockerille have come together to provide legal services to their clients going through the fertility journey. We work closely with all parties involved in the process to provide knowledge, experience and guidance. Sarah received her Bachelors of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Lewis Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho. She is a member of the Idaho Paralegal Association. Her legal and personal in-vitro fertilization experience enables her to be a resource for clients going through the fertility process. Her sister was a Gestational Carrier for her and her husband, which provided them with the blessing of triplets. Sarah will manage your legal process from beginning to end. Sarah works with clients to answer questions, coordinate the legal process and paperwork. She also works with international clients on passports and parentage documents.
Natalie received her Associate in Science Paralegal Studies and her ABA approved Paralegal Certificate from Fullerton College in Fullerton, California. Natalie has nearly 10 years experience working in the legal field. She has two daughters and enjoys reading, hiking and running marathons.
Brittney received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Boise State University in 2020. She hopes to continue to work and grow in the legal field with an eye towards becoming a paralegal. Brittney was born and raised in Idaho, and enjoys all the activities Idaho has to offer including skiing, camping, paddle boarding, and playing sand volleyball.
