Today, Klein Fertility Law is focused exclusively on fertility law and our experience in this growing field is our greatest differentiator. Over many years and many cases, we’ve witnessed the development of the laws and the increased certainty to which agreements can be entered. When we started practicing fertility law, legal agreements were only available to heterosexual couples within the U.S. Now intended parents can receive legal protection regardless of background or relationship status. Klein Fertility Law serves all qualified clients, including single, LGBT, and international parents.

Brian told me that he’s only incentivized to make it right for the surrogacy agency and not incentivized to help me (IP) in the first 5 min of our call. He made many assumptions about what I might want (without asking me) and is clear to make money off me without caring about me. Hard pass.
Brian Klein, a partner of the firm, joined Klein Fertility Law in 2011, where he practices exclusively in the area of fertility law. Brian currently manages Klein Fertility Law's contract team, where every year, he assists hundreds of families through the surrogacy and egg donation process. Brian also leads Klein Fertility Law’s team for international relations. Brian Klein is a frequent guest speaker at international surrogacy seminars to provide guidance on cross-border surrogacy and egg donation issues, and to provide insight on California's laws. He is a member of the legal committee in the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS). Brian is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
