I thought for a long time whether to write this review, but the point of reviews here is precisely to let others know about your experience, who are currently making their own, perhaps, most important choice in life. So, we decided to do the first IVF in our lives due to my husband's infertility in Georgia, because it was more convenient at the time, but we had to fly in from another country each time, pay for tickets and accommodation. The clinic was recommended by local friends who have relatives there. 1) as has already been written here, we have repeatedly waited for an appointment in the hallway, having arrived on time, and once the doctor even came to the clinic from home an hour later than our appointment. We were literally shocked by such disrespect. No one ever apologized for these humiliating expectations. I also did not make a fuss - after all, we are talking about a child)) 2) the level of information the client receives from the manager (I will not name names) about the pricing policy is simply terrible. We were not informed - and I insist on this - that after the gene test we separately pay $2700 for the cryotransfer and medications for it. In the general price list presented to me, the manager's hand highlighted only 2 lines: the IVF itself and PGT for each embryo (by the way, all services are twice as expensive as in the best clinic in Russia, for example). I also clarified during the consultation over the phone what my expenses would be: "here is the program + tests." And there was a super-unpleasant surprise right after the aspiration! (((( and you can't prove anything. We bought the medications ourselves, paid for the transfer. 3) According to the results of PGT, we had 1 healthy boy, we wanted him so much!! I had just an ideal endometrium and, in general, gorgeous female health. All gynecologists in different clinics say so. But - failure (((( although the doctors of this clinic themselves say that in our case in 80% of cases there is success. There were no signs of rejection - just nothing happened after 2 weeks, a negative test. 3) when I went to the transfer, I made an appointment with the doctor for a specific time a week in advance, specifically telling the manager that I ask not to make me wait in the corridor anymore, and when I arrived across Tbilisi by taxi - 40 minutes on the way!!!, it turned out that the clinic moved to the other end of the city!!!! She just forgot to tell me about it!! And again 40 minutes!!! I think the bottom was broken at that moment. I was furious. As a result, we lost six months of time that is priceless at our age (40 years), 16 thousand Euros, taking into account living in Tbilisi at all stages. Of course, taking into account everything described above, I will never recommend this clinic. Alas.
the hospital is very clean and brand new, but i had a very bad experience with dr irma tortladze. first she said that i dont have an appointment (which i really had) and i’m lucky that she will take me, but only for 20 min (to that moment i was already waiting for extra 15 min). and then something surreal happened: i started with the information that i was waiting for my pregnancy for a long time and i’m worried cuz i have some health issues thats why i’m here. after that doctor asked me three times if i am sure i want to keep a baby: “how are you supposed to be pregnant with your issues?” then as a cherry on top she gaslighted me with “you never said you wanna keep”. awful!
