Since the day I walked in the staff has been attentive and gracious. They have been available to answer all my questions and help me with shot training. Dr. Kushnir was open to the amount of IUIs and IVF cycles I wanted to try and I thought the prices were very fair, compared to other places that my friends went to.
I infinitely recommend this fertility center, all the staff from the doctor, the nurses, those who take the ultrasound and the receptionist are very very kind, very respectful and careful from the first moment they made us feel comfortable and supported. We are very grateful to all of you.
The prices listed on the site are for cash paying clients only. If you have insurance coverage, they will not be able to clearly outline any of what that pricing will look like in terms of. I asked for the info, was told I’d receive a call back with details and never heard back. When I called back and spoke with someone the only clear numbers I was given was that I’d need to pay 2,000 for any procedure since surgeries are performed at another location out of network. I asked for even just an estimate of what insurance charged for treatments, to see what my limit may potentially cover and get an idea of what my out of pocket costs may be and she literally could provide nothing. Biggest takeaway was that 99.9 insurance providers she’s seen didn’t cover the treatment I was looking at. Which mine is a special program through my employer and 100% confirmed does. Very discouraging. Super frustrating. There’s no way to reply to their empathy lacking response…but I truly wish they had shared that information with me when I called themBEFORE and said I was morally switching my insurance providers to be able to be in network and receive the pricing listed on the website. No one shared that was out of pocket pricing until AFTER I made such a change just to go with your clinic.
Dr. Kushnir has treated thousands of patients from all over the world for a variety of fertility issues. His focus has been on advanced reproductive age, low ovarian reserve and third-party reproduction. Dr. Kushnir works closely with urologists to treat couples with severe male factor infertility. Dr. Kushnir has been a recipient of numerous awards, including NY Top Doctors award recognizing his achievements in clinical practice, and the Excellence in Research award at Emory University recognizing his research on the role of mitochondria in female reproductive aging.
Dr. Perkins is a highly skilled, board certified Obstetrician & Gynecologist, with a focus on fertility issues. Originally from Kansas, Dr. Perkins attended Southern Methodist University and earned her medical degree from Des Moines University in Iowa, where she excelled academically as a member of the Sigma Sigma Phi and Student Osteopathic Surgical Association honor societies. Dr. Perkins completed her residency at the Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center/Rutgers NJMS in Livingston, NJ.
