I went to this clinic based on recommendations from a few people, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I paid $350 for a consultation, expecting a thoughtful discussion and answers to my questions. Instead, when I met with Dr. Sharara, he simply handed me a printout and refused to answer any of my questions—every time I asked, he only pointed back to the paper. The entire consultation, which should have been about an hour, lasted maybe 10 minutes. I left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and like the only priority was money, not patient care. The stress and sadness from that interaction were overwhelming, and immediately afterward during the sonogram, I actually passed out. When I tried to explain what I was feeling to the nurses, they told me there was “nothing they could do about it” and even made comments about not throwing up in the room instead of offering real support. I felt completely neglected and uncared for at such a vulnerable moment. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but I believe it’s important to share so others know what they might encounter. Please think carefully about your options before choosing this clinic—I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I experienced.
I highly recommend Dr. Fady Sharara. My husband and I decided to consult with fertility doctor. On our first appoinment Dr. Sharara and VCRM team welcomed us and were very caring. He recommended us to start diet and tests. I was able to lose 10 pounds and performed operation that needed to be done before IVF procedure. We ended up concieving naturally before starting IVF. Can't thank Dr. Sharara and his team enough as they truly care and tailor your care to your needs. Dao & Dan
VCRM was a blessing for us. The whole team is incredible. They became family for us. Dr. Sharara is the best doctor of fertility and just so wonderful. I’m so glad we found him. He never gave up on us. Our situation was very tough. We had been through 3 previous IVF cycles at another fertility clinic, and tried one other cycle that didn’t work out, and even after all that, he kept working with us until we finally were able to conceive. Our son was born earlier this month and we couldn’t be happier. Words can’t express how grateful we are to VCRM for making our dream of becoming parents a reality.
