Dr. Conway’s passion for reproductive endocrinology stems from the rapidly evolving and cutting-edge nature of the field. She won numerous research and teaching awards during her training, and she enjoys educating patients throughout the course of their workup and treatment for infertility. Her particular areas of interest include fertility preservation, LGBTQ+ family building, 3rd party reproduction, and all aspects of reproductive medicine.

Dr. Dorais passionately loves the field of reproductive medicine and her patients. She feels tremendous gratitude to be able to participate in helping her patients build families and overcome infertility. She is known for her compassionate care, and she makes every effort to include her patients in treatment and evaluation decisions.

Dr. Gurtcheff grew up moving from state to state as her father followed his passion of flying airplanes for the U.S. Air Force. She is very proud to now call Utah home, and having been here a total of 13 years, she has lived here far longer than anywhere else. She completed both her post-doctoral residency and fellowship training, and she received her Master’s Degree from the University of Utah. She had the very special opportunity to practice general obstetrics and gynecology for several years prior to sub-specializing in fertility. While she does certainly miss the excitement of Labor and Delivery, Dr. Gurtcheff so highly values family that she loves focusing on helping others build theirs. She feels it is a great honor to share this amazingly wonderful and difficult journey, and she strives to provide comprehensive and personalized care to all of her patients. She is dedicated to individualizing treatment plans for her patients, and to supporting them emotionally through the process.

Dr. Ibrahim is passionate about the rapidly evolving field of reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She has special clinical interests in assisted reproductive technology, fertility preservation and advanced hysteroscopy. Her philosophy of practice is patient-centric and enhancing the patient experience while they undergo their individualized journey towards parenthood.

Double board certified in Obstetrics Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology Infertility. Dr. Louden is a highly-skilled scientist and physician specialist focusing on all areas of reproductive health from Chicago, IL. Her research efforts focus on access to care for cancer and infertile patients as well as the novel mechanism to preserve primordial oocytes during chemo and radiation therapy. Dr. Louden, a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine, completed her residency in Ob/Gyn at Wayne State and her REI fellowship at Augusta University. She has received numerous awards including the 2025 America Best Top Reproductive Endocrinologist Infertility specialist , authored articles for several medical journals and textbooks, led clinical studies, has had her research covered in peer-reviewed publications and in her spare time enjoys volunteer work.

Dr. Melinda Henne brings a wealth of experience to the Utah Fertility Center and Idaho Fertility Center teams, with a unique background that spans private practice, academia, and military service. Her passion for medicine began early. Witnessing family members navigate their fertility journeys inspired her to dedicate her career to helping others build families. Dr. Henne earned her undergraduate degree in Government Studies from Georgetown before entering the military service to pursue her medical training at the Medical University of South Carolina. She completed her Obstetrics & Gynecology residency while serving in the military at Keesler Air Force Base Medical Center and went on to practice general Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her growing interest in fertility led her to complete her Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility Fellowship at Stanford University, where she also earned a Master of Science degree in Health Services Research.

Dr. Alley is excited to help all Utahns to build their families! The son of an Air Force physicist, he developed a love for all things science at a very young age. He completed an undergraduate degree in Microbiology and worked in DNA analysis for cancer risk before completing his medical degree at the George Washington University. He completed residency at the University of Arizona – Phoenix, where he developed a passion for patient healthcare advocacy and has since advocated at the national level for improved pregnancy safety and increased access to fertility care for all. He moved to Utah for his Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility fellowship at the University of Utah, where he also earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Investigation. Now, after a life of moving with the military and medical training, he is happy to call Utah home. Dr. Alley remains engaged in research with a special focus on fertility care for cancer patients and survivors (oncofertility) and methods to protect fertility during chemotherapy. He has additional focused interest in LGBTQIA+ family building and care, fertility preservation, patient education, and infertility therapies. Dr. Alley seeks to provide individual-focused care for all his patients, as well as to support them through the emotional highs and lows of infertility. Nothing is more rewarding to him than helping a patient succeed.

Kate is a Family Nurse Practitioner whose passion for reproductive endocrinology started when she worked as a coordinator on our third-party reproduction team. She graduated from the University of Utah with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked as a nurse within a variety of patient populations before finding her love for women’s health. While pursuing her master’s in nursing degree from George Washington University, Kate worked closely with our Egg Donor and Recipient team and enjoyed helping patients complete their families. Kate has a passion for patient education and making sure her patients feel empowered about their fertility care. In her free time, Kate likes reading, trying new restaurants, going on walks with her dog (Bonnie), and spending time with her family.

Jess, a seasoned Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner has accumulated over more than ten years of experience. She has worked in a variety of organizational settings including Home Care and Hospice, Post-operative care, and Corrections. Jess is more than just a healthcare professional; she’s a believer in healthy living and personal growth. She believes in helping others achieve their physical, mental, and emotional goals. Her compassionate nature coupled with her genuine care, make her a dedicated partner and advocate to all her patients. She has undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from Weber State University and Maryville University (St. Louis, MO) where she graduated with honors. She is also Board Certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. In her free time, she finds solace in the mountains snowboarding and hiking. She also enjoys the water, paddle boarding and wakeboarding. Her true love is for dogs and her best adventuring buddy is her dog, Chevell.

Xiao Xiao is a family nurse practitioner who is passionate about women’s health. She graduated from the University of Utah with her Medical Laboratory Science degree (BS) in 2004, Nursing degree (BS) in 2006, and Master’s in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Georgetown University in 2019. She worked for a year as a Laboratory Technologist at St. Mark’s Hospital, then for 7 years as an RN on the Med/Surg floor at American Fork Hospital, and another 7 years in Neuro/Trauma Rehab at Utah Valley Hospital. After getting her Master’s, she worked for a year in Internal medicine, providing care for Covid-19 patients.

Mandy is a women’s health nurse practitioner. She graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in 1999. After working as a registered nurse in orthopedics and women’s heath, she returned to academia to pursue a Master of Science degree in nursing. Mandy specialized in women’s health and graduated from the University of Utah in 2004. Mandy provides care for our patients undergoing IVF, FET, Non-ART, ovum donor and gestational carrier cycles. She also performs diagnostic testing to help determine causes of infertility. Mandy joined the Utah Fertility Center team with prior reproductive medicine and OB/GYN experience as a women’s health nurse practitioner.

Maddison is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked in Women’s Health for several years. She found a passion for women’s health years ago and has continued in that path. Maddison graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing while working as a registered nurse in Labor and Delivery for about 13 years. She returned to academia to pursue a Master of Science degree. Maddison enjoys being able to develop relationships with each patient and to help our patients build families and overcome these challenges. Maddison Cares for our patients undergoing IVF, FET, Times intercourse, and IUI. She also performs many diagnostic testing procedures to help determine causes of infertility. Maddison enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, doing anything that creates lifelong memories with each of them.

Anne-Marie is a women’s health nurse practitioner who has truly loved working in the reproductive medicine field. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and from University of Utah with a Master of Science in Nursing. In May of 2022 she added a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) to her resume and has a passion for genetics. Anne-Marie works primarily in our St. George location. Anne-Marie has 4 beautiful children. Her kids keep her busy but bring her so much joy. She enjoys face painting, tennis and skiing. She has enjoyed living in St. George and really enjoys Fall, Winter, and Spring (not so much Summer). During graduate school, Anne-Marie realized her ambition towards Reproductive Medicine. “It’s been an incredibly fulfilling and rewarding career for me and an honor to work with such brave patients."

Nichole is a family nurse practitioner that found a love and true passion for women’s health throughout her education journey. She graduated from Utah Valley University with her Bachelor’s degree in nursing. While achieving her degree to be a nurse practitioner, from the University of Cincinnati, she worked in the NICU, postpartum and pediatric units as a registered nurse for over 5 years. You may see Nichole at your New Patient intake as well as performing many of the diagnostic tests, helping to determine causes of infertility. She works with patients undergoing fertility treatments, including timed intercourse, IUI, IVF, and frozen embryo transfers. She does the screening for gestational carriers, intended parents, and egg or embryo donors/recipients. Nichole loves spending any free time outdoors with her family and has a passion for health and wellness. She hopes to be the best advocate for her patients as they go through infertility treatments.

Kristi is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked in Women’s Health for several years. Before graduating from Frontier Nursing University with her Master’s Degree, she worked as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery, as well as Obstetrics and Gynecology. Kristi cares for our patients undergoing IVF, FET, timed intercourse, IUI, ovum donor and gestational carrier cycles. She also performs diagnostic testing to help determine causes of infertility. Being a part of UFC’s team is one of her passions – she loves helping others fulfill their dreams of parenthood. Kristi enjoys spending time with her family, running, being outdoors, and going on adventures with her husband & daughters.

Susie is a family practitioner that has a true desire for helping those struggling with infertility. Susie graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and worked as a Registered Nurse for 8 years. Her own struggles with infertility inspired her to further her education and pursue a Master of Science degree in nursing at Brigham Young University. Susie enjoys being able to help her patients in hopes of them fulfilling their dreams of becoming parents. Susie performs many of the diagnostic tests helping to determine causes of infertility. She works with patients undergoing fertility treatments, including timed intercourse, IUI, IVF, and frozen embryo transfers. She does the screening for gestational carriers, intended parents, and egg or embryo donors/recipients. Susie is also one of our study coordinators.

Karson is a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. She worked as a critical access nurse for 7 years before obtaining her Master's Degree from Frontier Nursing University. Empowering families throughout their fertility journey has become one of her greatest missions. When Karson is not in the office, she can be found fly fishing with her family.

Stephanie is a lifelong native to Idaho. She comes with almost 20 years practicing as a PA-C, with the last 9 years in women’s health. She finds helping families achieve their family planning goals incredibly rewarding. She brings years of knowledge and compassion into every patient encounter. When not at work she considers herself a homebody spending time with her family at home.

Meggan is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field (pediatrics and emergency medicine), she is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Meggan earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of South Alabama and holds certifications from The American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Anna is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has found a passion for women's health and helping patients build families. She completed her undergraduate degree at Wake Forest University, went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, and worked as a Registered Nurse in the Medical ICU at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. She then continued her education to receive a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Vanderbilt University and is honored to have the opportunity to help patients in their journey to build a family. In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Kaley McCann is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a passion for reproductive health and patient-centered care. She is committed to guiding individuals and couples through their family-building journeys. She brings a holistic approach to her practice, combining evidence-based medical knowledge with empathetic communication to ensure each patient feels heard, empowered, and well-informed. Outside of the clinic, Kaley enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, exploring local hiking trails, and staying creative through various crafts. Her warm, approachable nature helps put patients at ease, making her a trusted partner in the path to parenthood.
