We have created a reliable, sustainable, trustworthy company that can respond to changes in patient and clinical expectations as they arise. We are not focused on marketing gimmicks or misleading patients with emotional hooks; we are science-driven based on our own extensive data collected over many years. Outside appearances are easy to create – but transparency, substance, and facts build a company’s reputation. As our timeline below illustrates, we have put the time and effort into doing just that.
Comparing guarantees, prices, and donor selections may get you nowhere. One must ask themselves; how does this gamete bank manage its quality? If you cannot be assured that the highest standards of ethics and quality are the bank’s priority, then guarantees, pricing, and donor selection are the least of your worries.
Do not use! They had us wait 2 months for a donor that never agreed! If you pay and the donor backs out, they will not refund you! All they care about is money, this goes for donors as well!
Do NOT trust The World Egg and Sperm Bank! My partner and I waited patiently for two months for a donor that they assured us would be available for a fresh cycle. She never materialized, but they kept our money!
I would strongly caution anyone considering The World Egg and Sperm Bank. My experience involved misrepresentation of egg availability, lack of professionalism, and sustained non-responsiveness. Multiple donors I selected were listed as “Premium” on their website, indicating eggs had already been retrieved and frozen for immediate shipment. In reality, those donors were not available as represented. Once this discrepancy became clear, I requested a refund. I made that request in January 2026. Despite follow-up emails, multiple phone calls, and a voicemail over the course of nearly two months, I have not received any response from my representative or management. Given the lack of resolution, I have formally filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, and the Federal Trade Commission. This is a deeply personal and financially significant process. Transparency, accuracy, and accountability should be the baseline, not the exception.
In 1985 Diana Thomas graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Master’s Degree in Architectural History. Her undergraduate work was completed in Canada, where she has dual citizenship. From 1979 to 1996 Ms. Thomas held several leadership positions in the study and preservation of historic architecture in both the United States and Canada. She was head of Alberta’s Provincial Inventory of Historic Sites, where she gained more than seven years of managerial experience, initiated innovations in her field, obtained private funding, and implemented new database systems nation-wide.
Dr. Pat McShane completed her training in OB/GYN and Reproductive Medicine and Infertility at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in 1983, earning her REI boards in 1985. She completed her Clinical Fellowship at Harvard Medical School. Dr. McShane served as the Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Harvard and as an Associate Professor at UMass Medical Center.
Caderina Carrizosa has been using her vision and excellent insight into company management to enhance operations at The World Egg and Sperm Bank for over a decade. She takes the company’s vision and makes it reality through strategy development. She intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through the organization and brings them together into a coherent whole.
