We are not focused on marketing gimmicks or misleading patients with emotional hooks; we are science-driven based on our own extensive data collected over many years. Outside appearances are easy to create – but transparency, substance, and facts build a company’s reputation. As our timeline below illustrates, we have put the time and effort into doing just that.
Comparing guarantees, prices, and donor selections may get you nowhere. One must ask themselves; how does this gamete bank manage its quality? If you cannot be assured that the highest standards of ethics and quality are the bank’s priority, then guarantees, pricing, and donor selection are the least of your worries.
WARNING!!!!!! Do NOT use this company!!! We purchased seven eggs from them and they LOST 5 of them! FIVE out of seven just didn’t show up to our clinic!!!! Then they tried to make it right by re-cycling the donor and creating embryos. Two embryos were created and they yet again lost one of them. Our fertility clinic has never seen this happen, and will not continue to use them. If I could give zero stars or even a negative number I would. This is unacceptable and they are careless and negligent in all aspects. Their entire business is based upon sending eggs and sperm, and that clearly does not happen. Spending $20,000 and seeing how careless and unapologetic they are is absolutely disgusting. As intended parents we are already vulnerable and hurting only to be let down once again. They have ONE JOB and that is to deliver precious cargo to fertility clinics and they are obviously incapable of doing that. They are shady do not care about the people that are already feeling hopeless and in a difficult situation. I highly suggest you seek a different company. Their “standards” are not that of what they portray on their web page. The fact that this is the SECOND time they neglected to send what we purchased is absolutely ridiculous, and the don’t care about making it right. Save yourself the heartache and use another egg company.
They are very mean. When I gave them my sample, they laughed and belittled me. They called me names like "little baby sperms guy " and said my sperm was by far the worst they had ever seen, they kicked me out of the bank and didn't even give me my sperms back 😔
Completed my donation today and absolutely cannot talk better about this place! The women that work here are absolutely amazing! Before and after your procedure they take amazing care of you! The staff here makes you feel absolutely comfortable. This was my first donation and I was very nervous but got the comfort I needed. Thank you so much staff for an awesome experience! I highly recommend the world egg and sperm bank!
In 1985 Diana Thomas graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Master’s Degree in Architectural History. Her undergraduate work was completed in Canada, where she has dual citizenship. From 1979 to 1996 Ms. Thomas held several leadership positions in the study and preservation of historic architecture in both the United States and Canada. She was head of Alberta’s Provincial Inventory of Historic Sites, where she gained more than seven years of managerial experience, initiated innovations in her field, obtained private funding, and implemented new database systems nation-wide.
Dr. Pat McShane completed her training in OB/GYN and Reproductive Medicine and Infertility at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in 1983, earning her REI boards in 1985. She completed her Clinical Fellowship at Harvard Medical School. Dr. McShane served as the Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Harvard and as an Associate Professor at UMass Medical Center.
Caderina Carrizosa has been using her vision and excellent insight into company management to enhance operations at The World Egg and Sperm Bank for over a decade. She takes the company’s vision and makes it reality through strategy development. She intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through the organization and brings them together into a coherent whole.
