Dr. Vermesh is a wonderful doctor, he has so much experience with IVF, excellent success rates, and is very kind and easy to talk to. We came to Dr. Vermesh after a difficult and unsuccessful transfer at another clinic, and lack of information on how to best proceed. IVF is a difficult journey, and we were feeling stuck and so uncertain about the next steps. Dr. Vermesh reviewed our case carefully, listened to our needs patiently, and was very thorough in his consultation. We were impressed that he came up with a plan during our first meeting. We felt right away that Dr. Vermesh was the doctor we had been looking for! Every appointment, we felt valued and heard. Dr. Vermesh was prompt, prepared, and very focused on our case, taking note of anything that could help with the transfer. We noticed that he and his team had good communication. When it came to the transfer, we couldn’t believe how smoothly the procedure went, and we feel that Dr. Vermesh and his team were very prepared and knowledgeable about our case. My wife is currently 4 months pregnant after a successful transfer, and we’re so grateful for the high-quality, personalized care we received from Dr. Vermesh and team.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Fazilat and the entire team . As a brand new mom, I am looking back at my pregnancy journey with so much gratitude, and I know I owe a huge part of my positive experience to this office. From the very beginning, I felt so cared for and supported. Dr. Fazilat provided incredible prenatal care—always taking the time to answer my many (sometimes anxious!) questions with patience and compassion. She never made me feel rushed, and always explained things in a way that made me feel informed and at ease. One of the things that made my pregnancy experience so much smoother was the convenience of having blood draws and ultrasounds right there in the office. As a tired, pregnant woman balancing work and life, not having to schedule multiple appointments at different locations was such a blessing. Being able to walk down the hall for an ultrasound and get results quickly gave me so much peace of mind. Now that I’m holding my baby in my arms, I just feel overwhelming gratitude. Dr. Fazilat and her team weren’t just medical providers—they were partners in one of the most important seasons of my life. If you’re an expecting mom looking for compassionate, thorough, and convenient care, I couldn’t recommend this office enough. Thank you, Dr. Fazilat , for helping me bring my little one safely into the world!

This is my first time receiving an IVF treatment. We chose this clinic based on the reviews and had high hopes. Unfortunately, this clinic was disappointing in many ways. Even though Dr. Tolou and her nurses were nice folks I interacted with, there were many negatives I found in my experience. It was definitely an expensive and eye opening experience for a failed IVF treatment plan. Here are my observations: 1. This office provide the bare minimum service despite how much we paid, it truly make me feel like I was just a number to them. When I said bare minimum I mean they don't take initiative of warning you of the worst case scenarios if there are setbacks in your treatment cycle nor offer flexibilities in their IVF package to ensure you receive fair service. An example would be if you choose to not continue with the treatment after the egg retrieval, you will not receive any refund after egg retrieval whether or not you decide to move forward with the implantation. Also, if you paid for the embryo genetic testing, which costs $5000k for 6 embryos, you don't receive any money back if you have 1 embryo. There was no warning or heads-up. If my initial ultra sound shown to have unfavorable low amount of follicles to begin with, I would appreciate it if the doctor had warned me of the worst case scenarios or gave me the option to wait till the next cycle to start the IVF treatment. It really made me feel like they just want my money and did not look out for my well being. I was completely devastated about the whole experience. 2. Their financial/billing personnel was probably the reason why we decide not to continue treatment. There was no initiative to tell us about prior authorizations before the start of the treatment nor cooperation to assist us getting reimbursement for our medications. After receiving unhelpful and generic responses from their financial coordinator, Nicole, I find her to be a not nice lady to deal with. Honestly, I was beyond mad when I found out I could have paid $50 for a medication instead of $900. I was already dealing with the emotional stresses of going through the treatment and the unfavorable results, I didn't need to deal with her unhelpful attitudes. 3. The team did not provide us with a treatment plan or schedule. Everything felt extremely rushed and we didn't have lots of time to process or think through. An example would be I didn't like that we must pick up the medication on the same day because the injection must be performed at a certain time. It would have been nice if they warned me and my husband about all these processes prior to the start of the treatment. 4. This fertility clinic IVF package is not flexible and rather expensive when there are setbacks. We started the IVF process and never even finished it and it costed over 20k.
