I don’t normally do this but the communication (or lack there of) has been horrendous. I have been trying to get an appointment for MONTHS. I’ve made calls, left voicemails. Messaged them on their Facebook page and did the online portal signup. Never heard anything back. Left multiple voicemails but of course no one calls back. VERY disappointed and disheartening! Looks like we will be traveling elsewhere considering these people do not care.
Unfortunately we have to go through this process, but these ladies here are awesome 😁 and the place is clean and organized. 2 👍🏼👍🏼 up! Thanks Dr. Scotchie!!!
Incredibly disappointing. My husband and I came to TRM after years of "unexplained infertility" and a miscarriage, looking for answers - to figure out the root cause of our fertility issues. Unfortunately, that was not TRM's goal. Dr. Murray was adamant about us trying IVF, which we felt was premature - IVF is a solution for specific issues, if we don't know our issues, we don't know that IVF will even work. After months of frustration with TRM, we had another consult with Dr. Murray, in which he stated that he doesn't know of anyone who has left TRM and gotten pregnant (aka "We are your only hope!!"). Two months later, completely naturally, I became pregnant and later gave birth to our healthy son. Infertility is scary, lonely, and makes you feel broken. Unfortunately, instead of making me feel better, TRM and Dr. Murray made me feel worse. If I need support getting pregnant in the future, I will not return to TRM.
