We know that infertility treatment can be highly technical, extremely complex, emotionally draining and expensive, which is why providing personal attention and walking you through every step of the process is so critical in achieving success.
Always an hour wait. Nobody ever calls back. My partner went through hell here trying to get someone on the phone. The doctor would promise up and down that we’d get our medications on time, that the nurses would take care of us. We left messages on the nurses line starting at 6am, through the portal online, and even at the front desk. Front desk had an attitude like they did not care at all. Timing is everything in this process, it’s the whole thing, but 39K in and my partners cycle and all their hard work ruined because no one at this office can be bothered. UNACCEPTABLE. CRIMINAL.
This practice has some of the most caring, considerate and dedicated professionals you will ever work with. Along the entire journey, the nurses, medical assistants, front office team and physicians treated our case with warmth and generosity. I will enthusiastically recommend RPMG to anyone and everyone.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but after over a year of treatment at RPMG—including three egg retrievals, two polyp removals, a mock cycle, and a recent embryo transfer—I feel compelled to share my experience for the sake of others considering this clinic. Fertility treatment is inherently stressful. But what made it exponentially harder was the inconsistent communication, disorganization, and lack of empathy I experienced throughout my time here. A few examples: • Messages marked “time-sensitive” were often answered days—or even a week—later, with no sense of urgency. • After my embryo transfer, I received no information about what to expect or when to return. I had to email for answers and still haven’t been contacted, even though I’m supposed to come in soon. • At one point, I asked a clear question about next steps and received a one-letter response: “Y.” That felt both careless and disrespectful. • For two major procedures, I was surprised to find a different doctor than expected—once I was even told I had the wrong surgery date (I didn’t). • My medication was almost sent to a pharmacy not covered by insurance, which would’ve cost me $11,000 out of pocket if I hadn’t caught the mistake. There were other times the wrong amount was sent and I had to spend a whole day on the phone trying to figure out what the error was as ivf medication is super time sensitive. • I switched doctors mid-treatment hoping for better support, but the issues persisted. I liked both of my doctors, and there were staff members who were kind and helpful. But those positive moments were overshadowed by the constant follow-ups I had to make, the conflicting information I received, and the emotional burden of feeling like I had to manage my own care. I even tried resolving things privately by calling the Client Care Coordinator, Chloe, who always responds to these negative reviews ironically, multiple times and leaving a voicemail. I never received a response. I truly hope this clinic reflects on how it communicates with and supports patients—especially during such a vulnerable time. I wouldn’t want someone else to go through what I did.
