We came here hopeful and ready to move forward with our fertility journey, but unfortunately the process felt very confusing and poorly communicated. After several visits and months of waiting, we were never clearly told what our next steps were or what stage of the process we were in. We received written instructions, but they were difficult to navigate and didn’t seem to apply to our situation — without anyone explaining how or when they should be used. Trying to conceive is already emotionally stressful, and the lack of clear guidance made it even harder. We often felt unsure whether we were waiting, missing something, or supposed to take action ourselves. I truly believe better communication, clearer explanations, and more proactive follow-up would make a big difference for patients going through such an important and sensitive process.
Before even start with them we had ver bad experience with them we called to get appointment with them in Augest they gave us appointment In November then they cancelled the appointment on us they didn’t call and let’s us know and then she said I can give you appointment in January/29 so 7 months to have appointment!! Everything happened for reason I think God doesn’t want us to go there no respect for patients. She was keep saying oh the system canceled the appointment!! Really is a fertility clinic and the are dealing with the most sensitive thing with the human and they blame the system or the computer we are not robots we are human
We had a tough experience in inquiring about the possibility of sedation for an upcoming procedure and were met with a dismissive response. Instead of anything thoughtful, we were simply told that over-the-counter medication would suffice and the only follow-up was an email that simply said "no." The lack of respect/consideration was frustrating, especially when dealing with something as important my wife's health. Hoping for more empathy and professionalism for potential future patients that inquire here.
