I don’t like writing reviews like this. In the beginning this process was easy, until it came across the Fiancial part, I cannot get ahold of my Fiancial person MM. apparently only “email” is best to reach. If I want an over the phone talk I have to set an appointment. MM only sent a bill. I have great benefits from my work where 10k is covered. And mm said no it’s not and told me to call my work so I did my benefits rep said yes Progyny benefits are covered up to 10k and then told mm in an email. Again got told no. And to call my insurance and so I did. My insurance told me she has no idea what she’s talking about and that I do have Progyny benefits again up to 10k for my partner and I. Bcbs gave me their number and a reference number to give them for them to call and they haven’t. I tried calling over the course of 3 days to get a better understanding of what MM is asking but I need a schedule my “phone call” to talk over the phone. But if I got behind on payments do you have to schedule your phone call with me? I received a phone call this morning requesting all my paperwork and nothing that was discussed of concern. Seems like I can’t get ahold of anyone regarding this. My wife and I are thinking of going somewhere else that bcbs ppo gave us a list of. Seems like this place only wants money and nothing else. It hurts to see all these great reviews that’s what brought us to this place.instead of just sending a bill what programs do you offer or send me a way to get a loan don’t just send a bill and say good luck
As both a healthcare provider and now a patient navigating infertility, I never imagined I would experience this level of disappointment in care. Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic has been incredibly disheartening. There has been a consistent lack of empathy and compassion throughout the process. Communication has been poor, with frequent miscommunication and little clarity around next steps. Calls are not returned in a timely manner, and I’ve often felt left to follow up repeatedly just to receive basic information about my own care. Even more concerning has been what feels like improper or incomplete testing and a lack of proactive guidance. In fertility care — where emotions are already high and patients are vulnerable — thoroughness and communication are everything. To be on the other side of healthcare and feel unheard, unsupported, and overlooked has been both frustrating and heartbreaking. Patients in this space deserve coordination, compassion, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. I truly hope the clinic takes feedback seriously and works toward improving patient communication and support.
Before even start with them we had ver bad experience with them we called to get appointment with them in Augest they gave us appointment In November then they cancelled the appointment on us they didn’t call and let’s us know and then she said I can give you appointment in January/29 so 7 months to have appointment!! Everything happened for reason I think God doesn’t want us to go there no respect for patients. She was keep saying oh the system canceled the appointment!! Really is a fertility clinic and the are dealing with the most sensitive thing with the human and they blame the system or the computer we are not robots we are human
