The Kutaisi branch offers treatment of infertility, male and female medical examination, preparation for in vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), gynecological services, laboratory diagnostics, hormone analysis, ultrasonography, and others. For in vitro fertilization treatments, Kutaisi patients make only a brief visit ( 2- 3 days) to the Tbilisi or Batumi clinics.

I was scheduled for a pregnancy consultation at 2:00. I went into the doctor's office (Thea Charkviani) and told her that I was scheduled for 2:00. She asked me to wait. After 20 minutes, she came out and brought me into the office with two men. She said, "I'll let you in in two seconds. They sell medical products." At 2:40, I went to the reception and expressed my dissatisfaction. Why did I have to wait? If I wasn't pregnant, what kind of attitude do you have towards a patient when you claim to be a premium clinic? I went to the consultation at 2:40 and the doctor told me that I don't have the state program for pregnant women, free consultation and tests, and it's better to go to someone else at another time. I didn't comment on that. I'll decide whether to pay or not. I'll decide whether I want free or paid. The mood is completely unbelievable.

The attitude is terrible. Came for the first time. No doctors. They told me to come tomorrow at 13:00. They wrote down my phone number. Came the next day at 13:00. No doctors! I ask why they didn't call, didn't warn me. They show misunderstanding. Sorry la sori. I don't recommend coming here!

I had IVF at this clinic in October 2024. The clinic lacks proper management, organization, and scheduling. The doctor was late for my appointment, but I thought it was okay; I could tolerate it for the sake of the results, after all, the doctors' professionalism was paramount. We signed a contract, which, by the way, stipulated a non-refundable agreement, even if the appointment wasn't rescheduled. The first issue: the clinic's pharmacy gave me Meriofert 150 instead of Menopur 75. I discovered it that evening, right when I was supposed to get the injection. I called the doctor, and she confirmed that everything was fine, and that I was injecting. Ultimately, the doctor continued to prescribe me an increased hormone dose (which, by the way, isn't recommended by European standards), apparently simply to avoid admitting the clinic's mistake. In other words, I was injecting myself with more hormones than necessary. This isn't critical and doesn't significantly affect the IVF outcome, but it's an unpleasant fact. But the second issue was terrible. We received four embryos during IVF. The embryologist called me and said she'd call again with the results on days 3 and 5 to inform me of the embryos' fate. On day 3, no one called. On day 4, too, the clinic hung up on me, and the doctor didn't answer WhatsApp. We finally got through to the hospital, where they told us to call your doctor. On day 5, after my messages, including calls to the doctor's assistant, the doctor called me and said we were waiting until day 6. Later, they emailed me a report stating that all the embryos had died after day 3. I found this odd; I'd consulted with another doctor, and that's not how it works. In short, the procedure here is a little cheaper than other clinics in Tbilisi, but it's not worth the hassle and the money. The reception staff is rude and indifferent, the doctor's behavior is odd, and the communication is poor.
