For These Reasons, We Believe That If A Couple Has Not Conceived After 12-18 Months Of Normal Sexual Practice Without Contraception, They Should Be Regarded As Potentially Infertile And Be Investigated. Money hungry.....although 1 of the nurses was very friendly....he made us believe our only chance to have a baby was to go straight to IVF or egg donation. Didn't try to talk about other options. While we were there in his office he had his little girl climbing all over the place. Now don't get me wrong...I love kids but I thought it was very insensitive to have his child there while discussing fertility options with a couple who has had multiple miscarriages. We also had some surprise bills that they were going to 'look into and let us know' because we shouldn't have had some of the charges but never heard back. Also had a phone visit set up for 2:00 one day and he never called....text me at 9:00 at night asking if it was ok to call so we told him no because we had just gotten in bed and he said to text the next morning when we were ready. Text him at 10:00 the next morning and haven't heard from him since....this was months ago. Now we are stuck with a few thousand in bills we shouldn't have after already paying them a good bit of money. We were told we only had about a 7% chance of having a child on our own. Well I've got news for this dr....I am almost 20 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy all on our own! And on a side note this office is not set up appropriately for some of the things that have to be done at a fertility clinic.
Dr Malik and his staff are the absolute best! The process in itself is amazing. From the initial appointment Dr Malik and his entire staff are informative, caring & knowledgeable. It’s a truly a breath of fresh air for a physician to be so attentive and available. I wish I could give this place 100 stars, honestly.
