Did a 15 min zoom call with Dr Wang and didn’t really like him in 2022, never met him in person. Almost 2.5 years later the billing department reaches out for the very first time to say I owe $50 for the call, despite already charging my insurance. Out of all the consults with surrogacy agencies and IVF clinics this is the only one that charged me and TWO AND A HALF YEARS LATER. What a shady and sloppy business. I am so happy I didn’t trust fertility and embryos to someone so disorganized. Garbage.
Highly, HIGHLY recommend Dr Jeff Wang. The best bedside manner, explains everything in great detail, gives many pro/con explanations. He is present at every appt, sends monitoring updates himself, and answers any/all questions no matter what time of day. Wait times for blood/ultrasound are also v quick. I've had zero follicles and no ovulation for 6 months, and after going to 2 different IVF clinics (RMA and Gen Next Fertility), he's the only one to recommend an MRI. If he hadn't suggested I might have silent endometriosis, I would have never learned I had fibroma suffocating both my ovaries. I just had a lap surgery yesterday to have that removed, and lo and behold they found endo and fibroids as well. I'm so glad Dr Wang exhausts options and doesn't treat patients with a one-size-fits-all like at many other clinics in NY.
Dr. Wang and his staff are just amazing! I received very good care at this clinic. They are very prompt and everything always runs on time. Specifically, Dr. Wang is very knowledgeable and takes a step by step approach based on your specific case rather than follow a cookie cutter approach!
Dr. Lim is an internationally recognized infertility expert and a pioneer in simplifying IVF treatment. He established the Maria Fertility Hospital in 1989 and produced the first natural cycle IVF baby in Asia. He is one of the world leaders in IVM and Natural cycle IVF/M. Additionally, Dr. Lim is the president of Maria Biotech Institute in Seoul, Korea, which first generated human embryonic stem cell (hESC) lines in Korea – the first three were registered by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) of the United States. Dr. Lim’s recent research interests include simplification of IVF treatment and human placental stem cells.
Originally from Kansas City, Dr. Kort earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed his training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Columbia University in New York. While at Columbia, he completed research in conjunction with the New York Stem Cell Foundation, studying genetic errors during early embryo development. In addition, Dr. Kort has served as a Clinical Instructor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Weill Cornell Medical College. When not helping women and couples get pregnant, Dr. Kort is busy making oatmeal, changing diapers, and chasing his three small children around Central Park with his wife Lesley.
Dr. Jeffery Wang, medical director of Neway Fertility, is a recognized expert in reproductive medicine. He is also experienced with third-party reproduction including donor-egg IVF and has worked extensively to help couples and individuals from across the globe become parents. Dr. Wang received his medical degree from the University of Florida’s College of Medicine and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at New York-Presbyterian / Columbia University, where he also held a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. As every patient’s journey to parenthood is unique, Dr. Wang provides personalized care and empowers his patients with knowledge so they can become partners in the decision-making process. A Taiwan native, Dr. Wang is fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
Dr. Lee has been working in reproductive biology and medicine since 1985, beginning with IVF centers as a director of the IVF lab in Cheil General Hospital, Seoul, Korea. Awarded a Ph.D. from Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea, he worked in the reproductive endocrinology and infertility center at Eulji Medical School as an assistant professor and laboratory director. Dr. Lee joined the Vincent Center for Reproductive Biology in Massachusetts General Hospital as an investigator and instructed at Harvard Medical School for 9 years. Among publishing original research papers and reviews in numerous articles, Dr. Lee continues to present many papers at international conferences. He is currently acting as an ad hoc reviewer for many medical journals. Dr. Lee’s current interests are to improve oocyte quality in aging women as well as in vitro maturation (IVM) in poor responders.
