He was also the secretary and representative of the Royal College in London (RCOG) to the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) for six years. Dr. Rizk is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in England, and the American Board of Bioanalysts in Embryology and Andrology. He has edited and authored twenty eight medical textbooks and more than four hundred manuscripts embracing different aspects of infertility and assisted reproduction as well as ultrasonography and robotic surgery. Dr. David E. Tourgeman graduated medical school from the University of Southern California in 1994. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1998 and his fellowship in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in 2001 at the USC, Los Angeles County Women’s and Children’s Hospital. After his fellowship, Dr. Tourgeman stayed at USC as faculty and became an assistant professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. After teaching for four years, Dr. Tourgeman began working with HRC Fertility (then Huntington Reproductive Center) in 2005. Dr. Tourgeman currently sees patients in HRC’s Encino office. Dr. Rachel Mandelbaum is an Obstetrician, Gynecologist, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Specialist. She is dedicated to helping her patients navigate their fertility journeys through evidence-based practice, utilizing the most cutting edge technology and science. She believes in a holistic approach to fertility, with a focus on nutrition and both physical and emotional well-being during treatment.
