HRC Fertility currently has three state-of-the-art embryology laboratories located in Pasadena, Encino, and Newport Beach. The goal of each laboratory is to produce the best possible embryo that will achieve a successful pregnancy. In order to achieve this, we create the most stress-free environment possible that mimics physiological conditions that enable the embryo to grow. By using low oxygen incubators and a continuous culture medium, we can extend the life of an embryo in vitro for up to seven days. This may allow the patient to have more blastocysts to choose from.
HRC can safely vitrify blastocysts and recover virtually all of them post thaw. This allows us to freeze the embryos produced in a fresh cycle and transfer them in subsequent “more natural” (physiological) frozen embryo transfer cycles (FET).
HRC has historically been at the forefront of technological advances. For example, we were one of the first clinics to offer micromanipulation for the treatment of male factor infertility. HRC is still active in research and routinely presents at infertility conferences such as the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and Pacific Coast Reproductive Society (PCRS).
The factor that sets us apart in the industry is our remarkable laboratory personnel. We have highly trained and sought after, dedicated embryologists who are devoted to obtaining the best possible results for our patients.
Fertility treatments we specialize in include IUI (intrauterine insemination), IVF (in vitro fertilization), PGT (Preimplantation Genetic Testing), Single Embryo Transfer (SET), family building options for the LGBT+ community, egg freezing and 3rd party parenting programs such as egg donation and surrogacy. We also have extensive programs for male factor infertility and “unexplained infertility....

I feel lucky to have found Dr. Ghadir & his team. I had a lot of worries and concerns coming in and I felt at ease after all the time Dr. Ghadir took with me during my consult. He was very supportive and communicative through the entire process. His nursing staff is very caring and gentle, making all the testing much easier. My nurse, Amber was extremely helpful sending updated medication protocols and answering emails quickly to any concerns. I really appreciated the clear options for egg freezing packages and your financial responsibilities all in from the start. I did the Nest package and it was seamless. I’m very happy with my result and confident that when I return for next steps to grow my family I’ll be in great hands!
Had a really bad experience with the coordination here. Dr. Ghadir gave us a specific 2-month preparation plan before medication, but the nursing team completely ignored it. They just shipped the meds out immediately without even checking the patient’s cycle. The instructions didn’t match what the doctor told us at all. Luckily a family member caught the mistake just in time. Huge red flag! Decided not to move forward anymore. Don’t wanna take the risk
Posting for a friend because they keep deleting her review somehow. HRC Fertility has shown a staggering disregard for patient safety and accountability. My physician explicitly ordered a mandatory 2-month preparation period with specific supplements before I could safely begin treatment. However, the nursing staff (Nurse Jennie) completely bypassed this medical plan. checking my menstrual cycle, my physiological status, or my health readiness, she blindly shipped medications months too early. Most alarmingly, when I questioned her, the nurse admitted in writing that she was 'confused' about my status—AFTER the high-potency drugs had already been shipped. This is reckless. Had I not been extremely vigilant and double-checked her instructions, I would have started a treatment that could have caused a catastrophic medical crisis for my health. After promising a resolution by the end of this week, HRC management has once again gone silent. They are attempting to withhold $5,000 for a shipment that was a direct result of their gross negligence. If you value your health and safety, be aware that this clinic prioritizes moving medication boxes over following doctor-mandated safety protocols.
