The reason I’m posting a review is because I want others to know what I experienced not once but twice with Both new patient coordinators Ryanne & Katie!! Ryanne made me feel like I was bothering her with all my questions and what ultimately made me so upset was when she didn’t respond back to me after my miscarriage. I made the choice to take a break from testing because I wanted to advocate for myself which I did so after 8 months I decided to give them another shot. Then they placed me with Katie, that was probably by far the worst one yet there. She was very condescending, made me feel stupid when I was just following regarding our testing and I didn’t deserve that treatment AT ALL. Dr.Carrie Bedient was amazing she’s probably maybe the only reason why I would’ve stayed. She has great beside manners from the times I’ve met and or talked to her. I did however speak with Shelly the director which she was extremely helpful in trying to make things right but after going through this twice i feel like it’s best we try to find another clinic that will not only express empathy, compassion and respect towards these matter’s but will treat us like we deserve to be treated. We are already going through a lot and to treated this way WE DONT DESERVE THAT. I truly hope they find someone who truly loves their job and is empathetic towards their patients. This was my experience here and god not only showed me once he showed me a second time so shame on me!!

This fertility center truly broke my heart. I cried so hard I could hardly breathe. Here’s the story: the customer service is amazing, the doctors are amazing, and everyone is extremely kind. However, my husband and I have been trying to conceive and discovered that I had endometriosis, for which I received extensive treatment. Recently, I started a new job that covers IVF. We found this clinic and went through all the initial tests needed to start the process. I informed them that I wanted to conceive immediately and that I had limited funds, so I needed my insurance to cover as much as possible. I also mentioned that my husband and I are in the process of building a home. I explained this numerous times, and everyone said they completely understood. We paid for all the initial tests and consultations. During our final consultation with Dr. K, we discussed the plan to start IVF. However, when it came to finances, they sent us a large bill stating that our insurance company was not partnered with their clinic, and it would cost about $16,000 out-of-pocket. This truly broke my heart. We had been upfront from the beginning, stating that we needed to know the costs and whether our insurance would cover the procedures. We were told our insurance was covering, with just small co-pays, which we found acceptable. But hearing that our insurance was never a provider for their clinic only after we had gone through the entire process was devastating. While I believe the clinic and its staff are absolutely amazing, this lack of upfront communication left us feeling heartbroken and frustrated. We could have handled this differently if we had known the truth from the start.

Similar to others, FCLV told us we were in-network with my insurance but after going through 5+ months of consulting & testing with them, we were extremely disheartened to find out they contract out their lab & surgery services, rendering the most expensive services out-of-network for ALL insurance companies. I have great fertility benefits so there was no way we were paying $16k for services that would be full covered elsewhere. We switched to Nevada Fertility Center and they are very thorough upfront with validating insurance coverage for all services at the very beginning of onboarding onto the clinic.
