Me and my husband have been struggling for 2 years. Dr. Aimee was recommended by my acupuncturist. I reached out and provided all of my records and tried to have a full understanding of what tests were needed so we could be fully prepared for the consultation. 2 weeks before the consultation, I was frustrated that I was not informed about some missing tests and when I tried to communicate with Dr. Aimee and her team she informed me that she was rejecting me as a patient and would not help. I thought they would have empathy and compassion for how stressful this situation is, but instead she just rejected us before we ever got the opportunity to have the consultation.
I was trying to get appointment for 2 months. I never seen anything like that. Useless customer service
Dr.Aimee was excellent! She’s super gentle, efficient and patient. She conducted ultrasound with great care and has high professional ability to diagnose conditions that was not been spotted by other physicians. I’d highly recommend Dr.Aimee to anyone. The staff here were responsive and friendly. The clinic is cozy and comfortable. Wanted to express my appreciation for all the work they’ve done.
