Dr. Hernandez-Rey has made dreams come true for hundreds of families from South Florida and across the world. He prides himself on being accessible to his patients to ensure they are calm and reassured, a key component to his success. Dr. Hernandez-Rey is an assistant clinical professor at the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine at Florida International University and serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for the prestigious peer-reviewed journal, Fertility and Sterility. He has also published several articles and chapters in medical literature.

Dr. Shah is accomplished in publishing papers, writing textbook chapters and medical humanities poetry, presenting her research at national meetings, and has been awarded teaching accolades by medical students and residents during her training. She is proud to be a patient advocate and cultivating relationships, while serving the diverse community of South Florida.

Dr. Goodman has been a member of the teaching faculty of the University of Miami Miller School Of Medicine since 1974, serving as Professor of Medicine, lecturing on, and establishing a preceptorship for the endocrine fellowship program in reproductive endocrinology. Dr. Goodman is a charter member of AACE, and co-founded the Reproductive Medicine Committee. He has served as, and is presently, chairman of the committee and is a principal author for the Menopause, Hyperandrogenism, and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome guidelines. He has lectured nationally on various topics in reproductive medicine and thyroid disorders. He focuses on reproductive medicine, treating polycystic ovary syndrome, infertility, menopause, and male hypogonadism.

Maggie is passionate about her involvement in the PA community and in the education of prospective healthcare professionals. She is actively involved in the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, she serves as the Course Director for the Miami Dade College PA program’s Surgical Curriculum and is a frequent speaker on various surgical topics. She has been the recipient of the Lippincott Williams and Wilkins award for Outstanding Surgical Achievement and of the MDC PA Program Preceptor of the Year. She also holds multiple publications in prestigious medical journals including the Journal of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery.

Michal earned her Master of Medical Science and Physician Assistant Studies degree from Nova Southeastern University and graduated with distinction. In addition to fertility and medicine, Michal enjoys biking, strength training, and spending time with her family.

Due to her continued interest in women’s health and after graduating from the Florida International University Nurse Practitioner Program in 2018, Jackie joined the field of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Jackelyn is passionate about her work and is excited to be part of a team that helps individuals achieve their dream of parenthood. She believes that patient centered care is the best way to obtain results for her patients and implements this philosophy in her daily practice as IVF Coordinator.

Sangita Jindal, as the Lab Director, oversees all laboratory operations, ensuring that procedures adhere to regulatory standards and quality control measures. She leads a team of skilled professionals, fosters innovation in research, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory performance and outcomes.

As the IUI Coordinator, Alexandra Aviles is responsible for overseeing and managing intrauterine insemination (IUI) procedures. Yissell Castro, as an IVF Coordinator, manages and oversees the entire in vitro fertilization process for patients. Lourdes Millan, as the Andrology Supervisor, oversees the operations and quality assurance of the andrology laboratory. Nathaly Najera, as an OR Supervisor, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the operating room.
