Stay away. This business will give you incorrect information about your insurance coverage and you will have to go through blood draws and invasive intravaginal ultrasounds because they tell you your insurance covers it, only to then be told a month later that their financial office gave you the incorrect information and you are now responsible for thousands of out-of-pocket expenses in addition to not being able to get IVF. Rather than being apologetic or trying to work with you, their finance manager, Lisa Tavares, will tell you that the insurance verification they do is only “a courtesy” and is subject to a disclaimer that it might be false or inaccurate and so if you rely (reasonably) on the information that their “Patient financial” team gives you in writing, that your insurance covers your procedure here, they will tell you that it is your fault and not work with you to be empathetic or take responsibility.
I am a new patient ! I am so grateful I was guided to them after being treated like just another number . The experience thus far has been straight forward , knowledgeable and most of all I feel seen . Everyone treats you with kindness .
