As Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Fellowship Director in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology, Dr. Lobo is dedicated to training the next generation of Reproductive Endocrinology specialists. He previously served as Chair and Willard C. Rappleye Professor of Columbia's Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. He also served as Director of the Center for Reproductive Sciences at the College of Physicians and Surgeons, and as Director of the Sloane Hospital for Women at Columbia University Medical Center. Before he came to Columbia, Dr. Lobo was Professor and Director of the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Division at the University of Southern California. His primary research interests are in reproductive endocrinology, hyperandrogenic disorders and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Dr. Lobo helped found the Journal of the Society for Gynecologic Investigation and has served as Editor-in-Chief since its inception. In 2010 he became President of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the society considered the foremost authority in reproductive medicine. He remains on ASRM's Executive Committee and other important Committees such as the Practice Committee. He excels in his areas of clinical interest and practice: reproductive endocrinology; infertility; Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome; and menopause. He has lectured extensively nationally and internationally, and is highly sought-after to speak in the areas of his expertise. Dr. Lobo has a special interest in gamete biology, induction of ovulation, In-Vitro Fertilization, estrogen metabolism, and the treatment of postmenopausal women.

Jenna Turocy, MD earned her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and went on to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Harvard Medical School/Brigham and Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital. She then completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Columbia University. Dr. Turocy is a board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Turocy has authored a variety of publications and book chapters on early and recurrent pregnancy loss and has presented her research at national/international conferences and symposiums focused on advancements in women's health. During fellowship, she won the American Society for Reproductive Medicine's In-Training Award for Research and her work on cutting edge technology in genomic medicine and assisted reproduction was awarded ASRM's Scientific Prize Paper of 2021. Dr. Turocy understands that entering the world of fertility treatment can sometimes be confusing and frightening. She is passionate about serving as a true partner for individuals and couples to help guide them through the complexities of fertility treatment and achieve their ultimate family building goals. Dr. Turocy takes tremendous care in getting to know her patients as people first and believes each patient deserves a personalized treatment plan specific to their unique needs. She believes in integrating holistic approaches caring for the mind and body along with the most recent state-of-art scientific advances to give patients the best experience possible. Priyanka Ghosh, MD is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Dr. Ghosh received her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and earned her medical degree at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Weill Cornell Medical Center, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital followed by fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Ghosh is committed to helping her patients realize their family building goals. Recognizing that every patient's story is unique with different goals, she strives to provide individualized care and to empower patients throughout the process. Always an advocate, her goal is to establish a relationship that is based in trust and open communication while providing quality care.

Iris Insogna, MD earned her BA at Yale University in Anthropology and Theatre Studies, then went on to earn her medical degree and master of bioethics at the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Harvard Medical School's Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. She stayed on to complete her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Harvard Medical School/Brigham and Women's Hospital. She is committed to providing personalized, compassionate care to each patient. Her research interests include bioethics, improving access to care, LGBTQIA+ fertility, and third party reproduction, including the use of donor egg, donor sperm and gestational carriers. She is interested in embryo development and preimplantation genetic testing as well.

As the Medical and Laboratory Director at Columbia University Fertility Center, Eric Forman, MD, HCLD, oversees the medical practice as well as the IVF embryology and andrology laboratories. He also actively sees patients with infertility and those seeking to preserve their fertility. Dr. Forman has extensive clinical and laboratory research experience. He has published more than 50 articles in peer-reviewed journals on a wide range of topics in assisted reproductive technology (ART) and serves as an Associate Editor at Fertility and Sterility. He has a special interest in using preimplantation genetic screening (PGS) to optimize IVF and improve selection for elective single embryo transfer (eSET). A randomized controlled trial he led demonstrated, for the first time, that transferring a single chromosomally-normal embryo can achieve the same live birth rates as transferring two untested embryos. After publication of this paper, eSET rates skyrocketed and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine references Dr. Forman's study in its guideline on the number of embryos to transfer in IVF. He also has an interest in fertility preservation, and a study he led proved that egg freezing using the rapid vitrification technology does not increase the risk of genetic abnormalities in the resulting embryos. This study was cited as a "watershed in ART" by one of the world's leading experts on cryopreservation. Dr. Forman specializes in providing individualized patient care to solve each unique couple's challenge. He is active on social media where he frequently writes blogs and commentaries on important topics in reproductive medicine and the patient/physician experience. Alex Robles, MD earned his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College and went on to complete his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Weill Cornell Medical Center, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital where he served as chief resident in his final year. He then completed his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Robles is an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and is also board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has a special interest in nutrition, lifestyle, and holistic patient care. In addition, he is a first-generation Latino-American and is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Robles is devoted to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and to helping his patients realize their goals of growing their families.

Throughout medical school, the profound experiences of patients facing reproductive choices deeply influenced Dr. Sinem Karipcin, inspiring her to blend her scientific interests in genetics and endocrinology with her commitment to empowering women through reproductive endocrinology. Dr. Karipcin is an expert in reducing the risk of genetically heritable diseases. Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Dr. Karipcin completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at New York Presbyterian - Weill Cornell Medicine, following her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas at Galveston. With over ten years of expertise in fertility and genetics, Dr. Sinem Karipcin joined Columbia University in 2019 as the Founding Director of the Pre-Pregnancy Genetics Program. This program includes specialists from multiple disciplines, aiming to empower families at risk of passing on genetic diseases to make informed reproductive decisions. Dr. Karipcin actively participates in the Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis International Society and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine's PGT interest group. Along with leading the Pre-Pregnancy Genetics Program, she also conducts ongoing research in the field of Reproductive Genetics.

Dr. Rackow joined the department in 2011, after spending more than seven years at Yale University. She has developed a particular expertise in reproductive surgery including advanced laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, management of congenital anomalies of the female reproductive tract, and the diagnosis and management of polycystic ovarian syndrome in adolescents and adults. She directs the Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology Program at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of NewYork-Presbyterian. This unique program is the first of its kind at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital, and in Manhattan. Dr. Rackow enjoys teaching fellows, residents and medical students, and has received numerous awards recognizing her teaching ability. Dr. Rackow is involved with several key national organizations, serving as Vice Chair of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Committee on Coding and Nomenclature, and as Newsletter Editor for the North American Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. Dr. Rackow has a special interest all aspects of infertility and the gynecologic care of children and adolescents.

Zev Williams, MD, PhD is the Wendy D. Havens Associate Professor of Women's Health and the Chief of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. He completed his MD and PhD training in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine before continuing to the Brigham and Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital for his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. After completing his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Weill-Cornell, Dr. Williams then did a post-doctoral fellowship on RNA biology in the laboratory of Dr. Thomas Tuschl at Rockefeller University. As a physician scientist, Dr. Williams' focus has been on helping those suffering from recurrent pregnancy loss and infertility and developing novel technologies and treatments to improve patient success.

Briana Rudick, MD directs Columbia University Fertility Center's Third Party Reproduction Program, and is active in community events supporting the LGBTQ community. She is involved in all aspects of third party reproduction including fertility care for same sex couples, co-maternity, egg donation, and gestational surrogacy. She sees and treats all forms of infertility, including ovulatory disorders, endometriosis, and fertility preservation.Dr. Rudick joined the Columbia faculty in 2011. After completing her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Pennsylvania, she completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.Dr. Rudick has conducted research to study the effect of Vitamin D on fertility and treatment outcomes and she has written editorials on the importance of fertility education for young women. Her research involving egg freezing has been featured in numerous journals, blogs and magazines such as Cosmopolitan. She serves as a current reviewer for Fertility and Sterility Reports, a high-impact journal in her field, and was awarded the top reviewer certificate in 2020 for her contributions. She believes that integrating holistic approaches with state-of-the-art scientific and medical fertility treatment can result in a more satisfying experience for many patients and allow patients to make the best fertility decisions for themselves.

Paula Brady, MD earned her medical degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons, and went on to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Harvard Medical School/Brigham and Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital, where she was elected to lead the residency's educational activities in her chief year. She then completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Harvard Medical School/Brigham and Women's Hospital. Dr. Brady has published extensively on assisted reproduction and early pregnancy, and has presented her findings at national and international conferences. While still a fellow, she authored a textbook, "Handbook of Consult and Inpatient Gynecology" (Springer, 2016). Prior to medical training, she earned a B.A. in English from Yale University and a Master of Fine Arts in poetry from Boston University, and she has developed successful grant-funded programs in the arts and humanities for medical trainees. Dr. Brady is deeply committed to personalized fertility assessment and treatment for her patients, and has special interest in fertility preservation, ovarian reserve testing, diminished ovarian reserve, ovulatory disorders, and IVF. Dr. Brady is also Director of the Oncofertility Program at Columbia University Fertility Center, with expertise in fertility preservation and oocyte and embryo cryopreservation for patients with cancer diagnoses, as well as fertility evaluation and treatment for men and women after cancer.

Dr. McConnell received her medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical School in 1986. After completing her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tulane University Medical Center she successfully completed a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Southern California, School of Medicine in 1992. She served as Chief of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, Las Vegas, beginning in 1992. As Division Chief, Dr. McConnell was instrumental in the successful development of the University Institute for Fertility, and served as its Medical Director. She joined Columbia University as an Associate Professor in 2012. Dr. McConnell has a special interest in ovulatory disorders, tubal disease, fibroid disorders, male factor problems, ovarian aging, fertility preservation, In Vitro Fertilization and egg donation.

Ashley Wiltshire, MD is a reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist and a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist. She earned her medical degree at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington, Conn. and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ga. Prior to joining Columbia University Fertility Center, she completed her subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at NYU Langone Health in New York City. Dr. Wiltshire is passionate about patient advocacy, reproductive justice, and improving access to fertility care for all. Her research interests include IVF outcome optimization, fertility preservation, third party reproduction, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids and health disparities. She has presented her research findings at many national and international medical conferences and has also published in multiple peer-reviewed journals. When it comes to a person's fertility journey, there are many different avenues, experiences, timelines and personal desires involved. With this in mind, Dr. Wiltshire is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space to help patients reach their fertility goals through compassionate, individualized and evidence-based care.

Lauren Bishop, MD is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Dr. Bishop received her undergraduate degree from Fordham University before earning her medical degree at Ross University. She continued her medical training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Georgetown University and Medstar Washington Hospital Center, where she led medical student education in her chief year. During this time she was awarded the Georgetown University Hospital S.P.I.R.I.T award for demonstrating compassion and commitment to patient care. She then completed her fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Bishop is a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and Society for Reproductive Investigation. She has published on diminished ovarian reserve and assisted reproductive technology in peer reviewed journals, and has presented her research at national and international conferences. Dr. Bishop is devoted to helping couples achieve their dreams of completing their family. She offers of full range of fertility treatments including ovulation induction, IVF, oocyte and sperm donation, and preimplantation genetic testing. She has a special interest in fertility preservation, and patients with diminished ovarian reserve, endometriosis, and ovulatory disorders. Dr. Bishop firmly believes in a patient centered model of care, and personalizes each treatment plan to her patients' unique needs.
