Robert Kiltz, MD, is the Founder and Director of CNY Fertility. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellowship trained and Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Kiltz has special interest and training in advanced reproductive technologies, laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery, gynecology, endometriosis, and recurrent pregnancy loss. He assists and consults with clients worldwide in all areas of reproductive health and fertility. He is known for taking on the most challenging IVF cases that other doctors/centers turn away and focuses on Reproductive Immunology in the treatment of recurrent pregnancy loss, unexplained infertility, and unsuccessful IVF attempts. His existing and past clients have proven to be his biggest supporters. They spread the word about CNY Fertility to all of their friends and family. Prior client referrals make up a big portion of Dr. Kiltz’s new client base on an ongoing basis. He has created the fertility center that is the leader in affordable IVF as well as added support and wellness care. A Graduate of the University of Southern California, Dr. Kiltz completed medical school training at the University of California, Davis. He interned in Internal Medicine at UCLA and in Obstetrics and Gynecology at USC Los Angeles County Women’s Hospital. After residency at the University of Colorado Health Science Center in Denver, he practiced for one year at Kaiser Permanente in California. He then went to Harbor UCLA Medical Center for a two-year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. In the San Francisco Bay area, Dr. Kiltz practiced full-time reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the Alta Bates In Vitro Fertilization Program and was on the clinical faculty at UCSF. In 1995, he and his family relocated to the Finger Lakes Region in Central New York, where he began the area’s first IVF program.

Dr. Mick Abae is a gifted clinician with wide-ranging credentials and more than 38 years of experience. But his greatest strength is his passion for helping all people have babies. Whether the patient is in her 40s, is wheelchair bound or has been diagnosed with a difficult health condition like HIV, Dr. Abae is steadfast in his belief that everyone has the right to have a baby. He has dedicated his fertility career to helping individuals and couples, LGBTQ+ and others in need of reproductive assistance who yearn to be parents realize their dreams. Dr. Abae knows from experience that the best way to accomplish this is by educating his patients and guiding them through their treatment options, empowering themmake their own fertility decisions. Dr. Abae doesn’t speak in medical jargon, but breaks down complex medical concepts into terms and language patients can understand and relate to. He often uses metaphors to bring a point home clearly. His patients quickly find that he is not just a skilled doctor, but a compassionate man with a warm, engaging style. He knows how to help patients relax, in part by getting to know them as individuals with specific wants and needs. Patients develop a bond with him beyond the normal doctor-patient relationship: they trust Dr. Abae with their most important dream of family. As a fertility specialist, Dr. Abae says his work is really justassisting mother nature so people can conceive. He is always involved in every detail of his patients’ care. An overriding goal for him in all treatment decisions is to make sure the mother and her baby are healthy.

Armando Arroyo, MD attended UCLA School of Medicine, University of Arizona for his Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency, University of California San Diego for his Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI), and the University of California San Diego Laboratory of Molecular Neuroendocrinology as a Women’s Reproductive Health Research (WRHR) Scholar. He is ABOG certified in OB/GYN and REI. Most recently was the Medical Director of the University of Massachusetts Memorial Hospital IVF Center in Worcester, MA, and Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UMass Medical School. Born in Calcutta, India, Dr. Banerjee completed his medical school and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Calcutta National Medical College and Hospital. He moved to the United States in 2004 as a research fellow at the Cleveland Clinic Department of Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Banerjee completed a second residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Toledo Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio followed by a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Fellowship at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Banerjee is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Medical Association, and the Society for Gynecologic Investigation. His fertility interests include preservation of oocyte quality, IVF, and recurrent pregnancy loss. He has also published numerous peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Banerjee and his wife are parents to two children. In his spare time, he enjoys writing poetry, painting, and is a member of an amateur theatre group.

Dr. Eric Chang, DO, FACOOG, is a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist at CNY Fertility, where he has been caring for patients since 2019. He specializes in diagnosing and treating infertility and performs a wide range of fertility procedures, including intrauterine inseminations (IUI), egg retrievals, embryo transfers, laparoscopies, hysteroscopies, and other advanced reproductive surgeries. Dr. Chang works closely with individuals and couples to develop tailored treatment plans, with a special focus on helping patients with advanced-age fertility and other complex cases. Dr. Chang is a graduate of Penn State University and earned his Doctor of Osteopathy from Des Moines University. He completed his OB/GYN residency at Cooper University Medical Center, part of Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, then practiced obstetrics and gynecology for seven years before pursuing a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a Diplomate of the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and credits his osteopathic training with sparking a lifelong interest in Asian medicine and complementary therapies. He takes pride in treating the whole person, not just lab values—an approach that shapes the care he provides at CNY. At CNY Fertility, Dr. Chang is proud to support the mission of “making priceless affordable,” ensuring advanced fertility treatments are accessible to more families. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Chang enjoys keeping tropical fish and attending his children’s sports and music events. On his bucket list is traveling to New Zealand to visit a kiwi preserve. His advice to patients facing infertility: “If you impose no limitations, we can help anyone have a child, that is a fact.”

Dr. Corley has been helping couples with fertility issues have families for over 24 years. He is board certified in both Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI). He is a graduate of Clemson University and obtained his medical degree from the University Of South Carolina School Of Medicine. He completed his OB/GYN Internship and Residency at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. After serving in the Navy at Guantanamo bay Cuba and Charleston Medical Center, he continued his fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and infertility at the University Of Louisville School Of Medicine.

Dr. Ditkoff is a native New Yorker and attended college at Emory University before continuing on to Chicago Medical School. Following his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the George Washington University Medical Center, he successfully completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at USC Medical Center in Los Angeles from 1990-1992. He is board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and has been practicing reproductive medicine since 1992. He adds a vast amount of clinical experience to CNY regarding fertility treatments.

Dr. D’Souza was born in London, England, but has called Buffalo, NY, home for many years. She is a graduate of Canisius College and obtained her medical degree from Jagiellonian University. Dr. D’Souza completed her residency at Hutzel Women’s Hospital at Wayne State University in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a practicing OBGYN and is dedicated to the health and well-being of women of all ages. She has a particular interest in fertility and nutrition. She seeks a holistic approach to helping patients in addition to Western medicine practices and has completed a certificate program with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

Dr. Faruqi is a graduate of Université de Montréal and currently teaches gynecology at McGill University. His expertise is in assisted reproductive technology and minimally invasive gynecological surgery. He takes a comprehensive approach to fertility treatment that focuses on medical interventions as well as improving the overall health and well-being of the client. Dr. Faruqi has a certificate in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and is a fellow of both the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada and the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology.

CNY Fertility is thrilled to welcome Dr. Fernando Gomez to our team. Dr. Gomez is a distinguished reproductive endocrinologist with over two decades of experience in fertility medicine. He brings a wealth of expertise in advanced reproductive technologies, genetics, minimally invasive procedures, and formulating cutting-edge individualized treatment plans. Dr. Gomez earned his MD from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Temple University Hospital. He further honed his skills with a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology, Infertility, and Genetics at the Medical College of Georgia. Board-certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility, Dr. Gomez has dedicated his career to helping individuals and couples build their families. Previously, Dr. Gomez served as President and Owner of the Reproductive Medicine Institute and held positions at leading fertility centers across Florida and Georgia. His research contributions include studies on azoospermia, reproductive genetics, and cervical competence assessment. He is fluent in English and Spanish, enhancing his ability to connect with a diverse patient population. Outside the clinic, Dr. Gomez enjoys traveling, hiking, and coaching youth soccer. He is excited to bring his compassionate care and unparalleled expertise to the Colorado Springs community.

Dr. Maximilian (Max) Klein is a Reproductive Endocrinologist at CNY Fertility’s Rochester office, where he provides expert, compassionate care to individuals and couples navigating infertility and the path to parenthood. With a foundation rooted in both science and personal experience, Dr. Klein is deeply committed to supporting patients through evidence-based treatment and genuine, heartfelt guidance. Dr. Klein earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Georgia, followed by his Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College. He completed his OB/GYN residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, where he served as Chief Administrative Resident, and went on to complete a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) at the University of Vermont Medical Center. Since entering the fertility field in 2018, Dr. Klein has specialized in all aspects of reproductive care—including preconception planning, infertility diagnostics, IUI, IVF, embryo transfer, and first-trimester obstetric care. He also values a whole-person approach to care, embracing complementary wellness practices such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, yoga, aromatherapy, and nutrition counseling to support his patients holistically. Dr. Klein’s passion for reproductive medicine is personal. He and his wife turned to IVF to build their own family after years of trying. “With heartfelt gratitude, IVF helped bless us with two of our three wonderful children.” That lived experience fuels his empathy, deepens his dedication, and shapes the way he walks beside every patient on their journey. One of his greatest joys is seeing patients succeed: “It is absolutely the most joyous feeling to look at baby pictures every week from patients I’ve helped. Every time I see an announcement photo, holiday card, or family update, my heart swells. It never gets old—and I love it.” Outside the clinic, Dr. Klein enjoys exploring local attractions, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, practicing mindfulness, and spending time with his family. One of his bucket-list dreams is to take a cross-country RV road trip with his loved ones. His message to those facing infertility? “Whatever path you’re on, I’m here to support you through it.”

As one of our Albany Physicians, Dr. Grossman, a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist, has been a leader at CNY since 2008. Dr. Grossman’s residency was in Saginaw, Michigan, after which he worked at a private infertility clinic in southeast Michigan. He completed his fellowship at the University of Louisville after which he joined CNY Fertility. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Dr. Ivanov is a Board Certified physician in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) in the USA and Ukraine. He completed his studies and medical residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kharkiv State Medical University in Ukraine, where he subsequently practiced as a faculty physician. In 2009, he completed his US medical residency at the University of Buffalo, NY. In Philadelphia, Dr. Ivanov has long practiced Gynecology and Preventative Women’s Health and is excited to be a part of CNY Fertility as the head physician and CNY Fertility’s Philadelphia Monitoring Clinic. In addition to English, he is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.

Dr. Kondrup is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is recognized both nationally and internationally as a leader and trainer in Minimally Invasive Surgery for women. He is the past Chairman of the Lourdes Hospital Robotics Committee and present Chairman of the Lourdes Hospital Minimally Surgery Committee (now encompasses the Robotics Committee). He is dedicated to providing women with the latest options in Minimally invasive Gynecologic Surgery, Infertility, and Hereditary Cancer screening and treatment. Dr. Kondrup and his team have developed several innovative minimally invasive techniques and procedures along with a device designed to make laparoscopic surgery safer for both men and women. He also specializes in the areas of endometriosis, fibroids, adhesions and pelvic pain. These include surgical as well as non-surgical options. Dr. Kondrup brings with him over 35 years of infertility evaluation and treatment experience.

Dr. Maria Mercedes Gondra is a board-certified physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology with over two decades of expertise in infertility, reproductive medicine, and minimally invasive reproductive surgery. She joined CNY Fertility in 2025, bringing with her a global perspective and a deep passion for helping individuals and couples achieve their dreams of parenthood. Originally from Argentina, Dr. Gondra earned her medical degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and completed her General Surgery Residency at Hospital Municipal Bernardino Rivadavia. After relocating to the U.S., she completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where she was honored as Best Teaching Resident and Best Laparoscopic Resident in 2008. She went on to complete specialized training in Infertility and Reproductive Endocrinology at Heartland Center for Reproductive Medicine. Prior to joining CNY Fertility, Dr. Gondra served as Medical Director at The World Egg and Sperm Bank and founded the Gondra Center for Advanced Gynecology and Reproductive Care in Phoenix, AZ. Her career has included a wide range of roles in clinical leadership, surgical innovation, and physician training, with a consistent focus on patient-centered care and accessibility. In addition to her extensive clinical background, Dr. Gondra has participated in research related to endometriosis, ovarian cancer, and tumor immunotherapy, and has contributed to advancing minimally invasive gynecology through her work with AAGL and the American Society of Reproductive Surgeons. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Gondra is passionate about connecting with diverse patient populations and providing education, guidance, and emotional support throughout the fertility journey. She is recognized not only for her clinical skill but also for her compassion, approachability, and commitment to excellence in care. Dr. Luthringer serves as chief surgeon at the CNY Fertility International Surgical Institute. He joined the team in 2016 and brings 30 years of experience assisting fertility patients to achieve their goals. His passion is the development and advancement of techniques to better the surgical outcomes of his patients. This has led to his expertise in the treatment of endometriosis utilizing both advanced minimally invasive and da Vinci robotic surgery. He routinely performs surgery on patients from across the country and around the world in addition to teaching all aspects of gynecologic surgery. Dr. Luthringer completed both medical school and residency at SUNY Upstate Medical Center. He also served as the Felix Rutledge Fellow at MD Anderson in Houston, Texas. He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.

Dr. Manuel is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and completed her medical training at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. She then went on to complete her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of South Florida at Tampa General Hospital. Her medical interests consist of well-rounded patient care, functional medicine, PCOS, and fertility. As a practicing OB/GYN for many years, Dr. Manuel saw the struggles patients faced with fertility and now loves to be able to help those patients grow their families.

Dr. Werner Neuhausser received his medical degree from Oxford University followed by an academic internship at Imperial College in London (UK). He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Boston IVF in Boston. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master’s degree in Physics from Vienna Technical University and, as a Fulbright Fellow, went on to receive a PhD in Biomedical Sciences working with Nobel laureate Dr. David Julius at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). He is a faculty member at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School where is currently the PI for a large $30m multi-center RCT funded by PCORI comparing cleavage-stage and blastocyst embryo transfer in patients with few embryos. He is also a NIH-funded physician-scientist leading a basic science research group studying early human embryonic and germ cell development and has published in prestigious journals such as Nature. Dr Neuhausser is double Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG) and a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the New England Fertility Society (NEFS). In his spare time, Dr. Neuhausser enjoys mountaineering, climbing, skiing and wildlife photography and is a certified ski instructor.

Dr. Tarita Pakrashi, MD embarked on her journey in fertility medicine in 2015, driven by a desire to assist in the creation of families. With a fellowship in Reproductive Medicine from Eastern Virginia Medical School and extensive experience in OB/GYN, Dr. Pakrashi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Dr. Pakrashi joined CNY Fertility in 2024 as the lead provider at our CNY Fertility Norfolk office. Dr. Pakrashi’s favorite aspect of working with CNY Fertility is the shared vision of providing accessible care to those in need. She believes deeply in guiding individuals and couples through their fertility journey, reassuring them that there is always a path forward, even if it requires questioning deep-seated beliefs and making pivots along the way. Caryn E. Selick, MD, is double board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Obstetrics & Gynecology with over 25 years of practice experience and has been a practicing physician at CNY Fertility Sarasota since 2024. Prior to her work at CNY Fertility, Dr. Selick was the Owner and President of Manhattan Fertility & Gynecology in New York, NY, and Faculty at New York University Langone Medical Center and the Director of Santa Monica Fertility of Miami. Dr. Selick has expertise in all aspects of infertility, including egg freezing, in vitro fertilization, polycystic ovary syndrome, third-party reproduction, and more. Dr. Selick is passionate about helping create families. Dr. Selick completed her undergraduate education at SUNY Stony Brook, where she graduated summa cum laude with a degree in biochemistry. She attended medical school at New York University, where she also completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Following residency, Dr. Selick completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York, NY. Dr. Selick is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG), the American Medical Association (AMA), and the Florida Medical Association (FMA). Dr. Selick is a born and raised New Yorker, but she and her husband relocated to Florida in 2021. She enjoys travel, nature, photography, and spending time with her 2 adult children and poodle, Charlie.

Dr. Trussell is a urologist specializing in treating conditions affecting the urinary tract in men and women. He is a 1992 graduate of Temple University School of Medicine, did his residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University and internship at Balboa Naval Hospital. Dr. Trussell has a clinical interest in Andrology, Erectile Dysfunction, Peyronie’s Disease, and Male Infertility. He is a member of the American Urological Association (AUA) and an Associate Professor of Urology at Upstate Medical University.

Dr. Verdiales was born in Puerto Rico, where she graduated with honors from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center (Jamaica, NY) where she discovered her passion for women’s health. After graduation, she continued to practice in New York and pursued further training in the areas of Robotic Surgery and pelvic reconstruction with and without mesh implants. In 2009, Dr. Verdiales relocated to Georgia with her family. She took advanced training in bio-identical hormone therapy, nutrition, weight loss, and integrative medicine. She believes that in order to achieve health, there must be a balance between body, mind, and soul. Dr. Verdiales is dedicated to the health and wellness of women and all couples and clients interested in growing their families. In addition to being a doctor, she is also a speaker and wellness coach.

Dr. R Charles Welliver Jr specializes in treating a variety of urologic disorders affecting men. He is fellowship-trained in Andrology and male factor infertility and works closely with CNY Fertility through his office at Albany Medical Center. He has received awards both regionally and nationally for his research. He performs journal article reviews for many urologic journals and has twice been named reviewer of the year in the Journal of Urology for article reviews involving men’s health/infertility. He is a member of the American Urological Association (AUA), American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), Sexual Medicine Society of North America (SMSNA), a founding member of the Society for Benign Prostatic Diseases (SoBPD), and is an Associate Professor in Urology. Dr. Welliver has a warm and thorough approach to patient care. He is always delighted to work with CNY Fertility to help men who are having trouble conceiving.
