THREE YEARS OF TIME WASTED AND NEVER MET THE DOCTOR IN PERSON. Dr. Loy lacks compassion and sympathy for his patients. Dr. Loy additionally failed with the correct dosage of medications for IVF not once, but twice. When my wife asked what we could prepare to do next to achieve a family, he made an uncalled personal attack at her saying she needed "therapy for anger management." Dr. Loy lacks bedside manner and the capabilities to help others. After multiple failed attempts of IUI and IVF, I question if CRM makes attempts to NOT help couples get pregnant because the longer you're a patient the more money they can make. We had Dr. Loy as our fertility doctor for more than three years and we never met him in person! More than three years of communication through an app and the entire process was lackluster with zero guidance for the plan of care. The best part is when you get to the point of doing injections, they send tutorial videos and that's it! No in office visit to teach the patient how to properly mix medications with needles and administer injections. My wife and I made two expensive attempts to start the IVF process - both failed before getting to the egg retrievel procedure. Our entire experience with CRM has been nothing but horrendous.
