My wife and I went to this clinic earlier this year. We had a horrible experience. We never actually met the doctor in person. They did not ask enough questions or do the correct tests to accurately diagnose us (which we did not discover until the next doctor). The biggest complaint by far was the surprise charges and long tail of bills that have continued to show up. Once we decided to sever our relationship with them, I wanted to make sure we were paid in full. 3 more times over the next 8 months we received additional bills. I would strongly recommend that you find someone else.
They are very detailed in communication and steps. However billing is a nightmare. I also had eggs from another clinic and they would not allow me to transfer. I did 4 cycles here and didn’t get any results, but two abnormal embryos. Then I get billed almost a year later for storage. Why after this discussion didn’t they destroy or send necessary paperwork, but they can send you paperwork to pay. Very frustrating seems like it’s about the money, they also charge 1,000 ivf setup fee. I went to another clinic and didn’t have the fee and now 7 months pregnant. All I can recommend is do research, don’t judge a book by its cover, glamorous location and larger group isn’t always better, overhead is expensive.
