Bay IVF helped make our dream of growing our family come true, and we will be forever grateful for our experience with them. From the very beginning, they felt less like a clinic and more like a family—supportive, communicative, and genuinely invested in us every step of the way. At our first visit, we sat down with Dr. Polanski for a thorough, thoughtful conversation about our wishes and goals. Together, we created a clear plan that made us feel confident and cared for from day one. The nursing and front desk staff were truly amazing—kind, responsive, and always reassuring. We knew we could call with any question or concern and receive a thoughtful response within 24 hours, which made such an emotional process feel manageable and supported. We were incredibly fortunate to be successful on our first attempt at every step, from egg retrieval to insemination. We truly believe Bay IVF’s holistic approach played a huge role in that success. In addition to excellent medical care, we were given guidance on nutrition and recommended foods to help optimize our chances, which made us feel seen as whole people—not just patients. We stated our initial visit in July 2024, and August 2025 we welcomed the birth of our boy/girl twins. We did implant 2 embryos and both implanted successfully. We stayed with Bay IVF until nearly the 2nd trimester to ensure a successful start of the pregnancy. I had an uncomplicated pregnancy and the twins were born full term and healthy! We are eternally grateful for our time with Bay IVF and wholeheartedly recommend them to any family hoping to grow theirs.

I was super grateful to find this place and probably introduced to 20+ my friends. The doctor Polanksy has super professional skills and a lot of experience to face different cases. English is my second language, so I had too many vocabulary didn’t understand. Megan and Erica were very patience to answer each of my questions. 😂So the whole process was smooth. I really really appreciated this clinic did everything to me. I have my dragon twin boys 12 weeks now. When I saw them in the ultrasound, they were so active. 🥰🥰 lovely. I will keep updates with the clinic and come back for my second twin girls. 👧🏻👧🏻. Wait me.

After researching many IVF clinics, I came across Bay IVF. I chose this clinic based on Dr. Polansky's experience (35+ years) and many positive reviews. It was the best decision of my life. From the moment we had our first consultation with Dr. Polansky, we knew we were in good hands with Bay IVF. Dr. Polansky is incredibly knowledgeable and it shows. Dr. Polansky and his team are caring, kind, helpful, compassionate, and go above and beyond. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Communication was always excellent with quick responses. Scheduling appointments was easy and I would always be seen earlier than my appointment time. My partner and I were very comfortable from the very beginning. I am forever grateful to Dr. Polansky and his team for being a part of our journey to starting a family. I am currently 12 weeks and 2 days and today, I graduated from the clinic. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Polansky and his team (nurses: Alex and Minerva. Front desk: Erica and Nisha, and the amazing embryologists) at Bay IVF for bringing me to this moment. I would recommend this clinic in a heartbeat and over and over again. Here is a glimpse of how our treatment went: January 2024- Initial appointment February- March 2024- Ovarian stimulation March 2024-Egg retrieval (10 retrieved, 7 fertilized, 6 blastocyst , 4 embryos) May 2024- Frozen embryo transfer June 2024- 4 week heartbeat ultrasound We did choose to do PGT and we decided to go with the IVF Duo plan, our first transfer was successful.
