Ive have been a surrogate with SurroConnections for the last 5 years & it has been a pleasure getting to work with such a knowledgeable team! During these last 5 years Ive done 2 surrogacy journeys which were both perfect! I definitely recommend this company if you’re looking to become a surrogate. They were extremely thorough and helped me with any questions i had! I had the pleasure of working with Kristyn as my coordinator and she always made it a point to spend time with me and my husband when we were in vegas for medical appointments and transfers!
We (same sex couple) paid a higher fee to go with Surro Connections over other agencies to help us based on their positive reviews and their pitch that they would give us better and more personal attention. However, after they received their fee, it seemed like we were just an afterthought for them. The timelines they kept giving us would go by with no updates for months from them. They even charged us more than what they had quoted for legal fees. When I brought it to their attention, they blamed their own recommended lawyer. Worse, they never could explain how they (supposedly acting on our behalf) would just pay a higher fee from our escrow account without checking or advising us. We also discovered that what they had told the surrogate in the final stages of our decision process was not accurate. The worst part of everything was Megan's attitude. She went from apologetic to condescending and rude at times. On the bright side, we met a wonderful surrogate and have a beautiful baby girl from the process.
This is more than an agency- this is a family. They have loved me through two complete journeys and held me up as I went through an unimaginable loss with another. Heather has been with Surro Connections since 2015 as our Business Manager. She is a mother of 3 kids and lives in Washington. She has a bachelor’s in business management and human resources. Her role is to support our team, intended parents & surrogates.
Jenn plays a major role of supporting our surrogates, intended parents and staff behind the scenes in office and helps us stay organized and focused in the process of each journey.
Amber is our resident nurse! She reviews and approves records, supporting the medical side of our agency and of course supporting surrogates and intended parents along the journey. Amber brings experience, love and excitement to our team.
Stephannie has been working for Surro Connections since 2014. In 2017 she stepped into a part time position after graduating from college with a Human Services Degree and began working as a counselor.
Sarah is one of our surrogate coordinator and has two beautiful children ages 3 and 6. Currently living in Pennsylvania, where she works in the Health Care field as a Client Care Coordinator.
