Our President & CEO Cathy Ruberto, who is a pioneer in the field of surrogacy, having worked with surrogates since the early 90’s when surrogacy became available in fertility clinics personally interviews each surrogate numerous times. She spends over 12 hours just in the interview phase alone speaking with each surrogate to ensure they meet the strict medical, psychological and social criteria set out by the ASRM, FDA and federal regulations as required. All surrogates’ complete extensive profiles and provide photos which are presented to our intended parents at the time of matching. In addition to our professional support staff, our team consists of our President who was the Clinical Director of a fertility clinic for 15 years who during those years ran the egg donor, surrogacy, IVF, IUI, sperm bank and andrology lab. We work with licensed therapists, a third-party reproduction lawyers who specializes in Egg Donation, Surrogacy and Adoption law as well as business and technical professionals. Dear (future) intended parents and anyone associated with surrogacy (especially in Canada and the United States), Here is a warning for all of those considering working with Catherina Ruberto and any surrogacy agency she is affiliated with, whether it is under the name Stork Surrogacy, Our Fairy Godmother or OFG & Stork Egg DonaFon and Surrogacy InternaFonal. For 4 years we have been ‘’working’’ with Cathy. She made promises that we could be matched withing a years Fme. It is even wriMen withing the contract we signed that if she could not match us withing 6 months, we would receive a 50% refund on our iniFal agency fees. We were not matched and we also did not receive a refund. Her excuses, stories and promises strung us along for way too long and we do not want anyone else to make the same mistakes. For long periods of Fme she will go no contact with you, make an excuse and dangle a potenFal surrogate or three in front of you. In the end, you will always be waiFng on ‘’doctors results’’ or ‘’screenings’’. In 2022 it became months on end with no response to our messages, which has made us make a difficult decision. We have a dream of becoming parents and Cathy Ruberto will make sure your dream will never come true. This is not the way we wanted to handle things, but we have giving Cathy ample Fme and warning to fix her mess and compensate us for all the hurt she has caused. She has not responded or given any indicaFon of wanFng to make things right. Through this message we hope to warn others not to waste their precious Fme and recourses on her.
