Damien is the co-Founder and CEO of NewGen Families, a modern and inclusive surrogacy agency based in Las Vegas, Nevada. When his son Nathaniel was born via surrogacy in the USA, Damien’s adventure as an Intended Parent inspired him to envision bold new ways that surrogacy agencies could implement in order to improve the IP experience. As a result, NewGen Families was born with the belief that every Intended Parent is exceptional, extraordinary and one-of-a-kind. As an entrepreneur and visionary leader with success in achieving multi-million dollar exits from numerous business ventures both in his native Australia and across the globe, Damien now applies his skills to help Intended Parents grow their families, regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation, or relationship status.
Evie’s passion for surrogacy began during her own journey in 2018. After her belly buddy’s birth, she knew she wanted to be part of the wonderful world of surrogacy. As the Intake Manager for NewGen Families, she loves getting to know our surrogates and guiding them through the process as they prepare to match with their intended parent(s).
Based in California, Janelle brings nine years of experience as both a two-time surrogate and surrogacy agency team member. With care, empathy, and expert knowledge, she supports both intended parents and surrogates with reassurance and understanding throughout their journey together.
With ten years experience as both a case manager and gestational carrier, Karen understands the incredible highs and lows that come with this path. She combines her personal experience with a deep well of compassion to guide intended parents and surrogates with personalized care and unwavering support every step of the way.
Kiersten is a mother of two beautiful children and has two years experience in the surrogacy industry. Prior to NewGen she spent ten years in the medical field, including a role at Kaiser Permanente. She believes everyone should be able to experience parenthood, and loves being a part of making that possible.
