My husband and I did our first surrogacy journey with Love & Kindness surrogacy, and we could not have been happier with their service. Our case manager Connie lived up to the agency's name, caring for our every need and that of our surrogate. When the time came for our second journey, there was no hesitation about going back to them.
Love & Kindness (L&K) Surrogacy is AMAZING and true to their name in every way possible!! Throughout our entire long baby journey, they showed the upmost amount of love and kindness!! They went above and beyond to guide us along the way, not only helping us to find our outstanding surrogate but also answering our many questions throughout the process. We picked this agency after an extensive national search. I looked online at about 150 agencies and narrowed it down to 10 agencies to interview. I had long discussions with each of the top 10 and selected L&K...so this agency was the #1 pick out of those 150 agencies!! A few things made this agency come out on top: 1. Jasmine and her team are EXCEPTIONAL and extremely knowledgeable, so you know you're in good hands in navigating this journey. They are all analytical and provide comprehensive answers to every question you might have. Even when I interviewed fertility clinics and asked about L&K, they talked about how they remember Jasmine and how friendly and exceptionally smart she is and how she approaches every situation with a thoughtful lens. 2. They bring love, kindness, grace, and compassion to every interaction. Other agencies can feel robotic, but L&K truly cared about us like we were lifelong friends. Our considerations were never about speed or money - they were always focused on what is right for the parents, surrogate, and baby involved. We worked with both Connie and Whitney on our journeys and found them to be very responsive and helpful. Anytime I sent a text or email, I got a speedy reply. 3. At some agencies, when you're the intended parents, you don't feel like anyone is on your side, but at L&K, they care about you as the parents in addition to the surrogate. They will always advocate for you, and I can imagine in a situation where if the intended parents and the surrogate didn't agree on something meaningful (thank goodness we didn't have to deal with that), I feel like L&K would find a fair compromise while other agencies would just diminish the concerns of the parents. I'm incredibly glad I found L&K and hope to work with them in the future again!
Love & Kindness is amazing!! I did my first journey with them a few years ago and just finished my second journey with them and the team I had was just amazing. They have been like family, Whitney was always there for me with any questions or concerns and would go out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. The process can be lengthy, but it’s definitely worth it!!! Love & Kindness and all of the ladies there really make you feel comfortable with talking with them. I honestly had such an amazing experience both times that I wouldn’t mind being a surrogate through Love & Kindness a third time. 100% would recommend using this agency ❤️ 10/10
Prior to starting Love & Kindness, Jasmine worked with literally over a thousand intended parent(s) and hundreds of surrogates and/or egg donors, providing consulting, translation, and liaison services. She has first-hand experience working with over a hundred surrogacy and egg donor agencies in the U.S. Her strong work ethic, commitment and performance are well-respected by other professionals in the industry; she has also spoken at the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS) conferences in 2017 (Costa Mesa, CA) and 2018 (Chicago, IL). Before working alongside the intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors, Jasmine was a five-time successful egg donor herself. Her extensive egg donation knowledge complements her business intelligence background, which she honed during her time at a Fortune 100 company. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, she then worked over three years as an international liaison for one of the country’s biggest assisted reproductive technology (ART) law firm. Jasmine started Love & Kindness because she saw so many of her past clients feeling dissatisfied, or even being taken advantage of, by their agencies, and her desire to be “the better option” and do better for her clients grew stronger each day. As the program director, Jasmine strives to make sure that the journey to become parents is as affordable and as stressless as can be, that the intended parents are paying a reasonable agency fee with a fair payment structure, and that everything is done in the highest efficiency and professionalism possible.
Jessica Adams is currently on her first surrogate journey due early May 2021. Before joining the Love and Kindness team she was a surgical technologist in the labor and delivery department, where she was able to not only witness the miracle of birth but to witness surrogate moms give birth and share that amazing moment with them. During Jessica’s journey, she learned that she could be a part of other people’s surrogate journeys. It combines her love to help others and her passion of the miracle of life. Jessica feels honored to take part of the surrogacy process and hope to bring love, joy and little miracles into many families lives. Jessica lives in Southern California, born and raised, with her wonderful supportive husband and three beautiful children. In their spare time as a family, they enjoy watching movies and playing board games. She cherishes her time with her family making memories. Which is why she is excited for this opportunity to be part of the love and kindness team, which enables her to help others completely their families and make their own memories.
Before working at Love & Kindness, Alexander spent six years as a brand specialist for various nonprofit organizations, including the National Speakers Association and the Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS. He graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2015 with a B.A. in Public Relations, and returned to school in 2020 for a secondary degree. As an adopted child and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Alexander believes strongly in the extraordinary gift of non-traditional families. He’s motivated by empathy and compassion for parents who struggle to begin their parenting journey. To him, helping intended parents and surrogates find each other to begin or grow a new family is a great honor. Raised in Connecticut (by way of western New York, by way of Louisiana), Alexander now lives in Phoenix, Ariz., with his cat, Emerson. He spends his spare time rock climbing, composing music, and attempting to bake.
Katie is a mother of three children. Alongside her intake coordination role at Love & Kindness, Katie works in a primary care office with some amazing doctors who have supported her through her first surrogacy (with us!) as well as are supporting her through my newest, second journey. She gave birth to my first surrogate baby girl in June 2021. She is passionate about this process and looks forward to sharing her experience with potential surrogate mothers and to guiding them through the complex world of surrogacy.
