I’ve had a great experience so far with this company. I am on my first journey with surrogacy , and I couldn’t be more thankful for my group of women helping me. Bionca helped me through my starting process, then I was passed onto my wonderful lady Jenny! Everyone within the company has been amazing though! My journey is still ongoing, I have just been medically cleared. All happy thoughts with the company and it’s employees.
I've always tossed around the idea of being a surrogate to family and friends and at an event there was a booth from JOL. And let me tell you it changed my life!! I was given so much info, and after talking with my family I decided to apply. I got paired with my case worker Chantel and let me tell you she is AMAZING. From the second I met her, (under sad circumstances) with my intended parents going a different route she immediately stepped in and was a shoulder to cry on, literally. She's been available for me every single step of the way, at any time of the day! She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is very clear. She truly cares about all her surrogates, making her schedule so full to make sure she makes it to every appt, and makes us feel so comfortable that we aren't ever going to be alone. I truly don't think this experience would be as amazing without her!
