Being into finishing the first trimester on our journey, we couldn’t express enough our satisfaction and gratefulness to Joy and Life! We were assigned two case managers Dianne and Chantel, one for the IP and one for our loving Surrogate mother. Both managers are so patient and helpful, from answering questions, monthly reports and meetings, solving problems to arranging the doctor’s visits and finding health insurance! Day and evening, weekdays or weekends! Here are some examples our case managers have accomplished with taking extra mileages: when our wonderful surrogate mother transits from the IVF to an OB clinic, we were facing an urgent task: the OB doctor was fully scheduled and could not arrange the NT scan in the proper time frame, our case managers diligently called all the nearby clinics and imaging centers and eventually found a perfect solution! Thank you, Chantel and Dianne! For the health insurance, we would like to have the insurance coverage starting from December, instead of new year. Our case managers were talking / emailing to the insurance agent many times and finally getting the insurance enrolled in time! Thank you Chantel and Dianne for your caring and dedication!
