Our mission is to build beautiful families through matches from the heart. We work with intended parents from across the US, matching them with healthy, responsible, and caring gestational surrogates. We aim to form rewarding relationships that exceed the expectations of all parties involved. Our practice will coordinate the details of the surrogacy arrangement so that intended parents and surrogates alike can enjoy the journey of pregnancy. We will personally meet and evaluate all surrogates and ensure they are cared for. As a locally based organization, we aim to incorporate the Midwestern values of courtesy, friendliness, and family to all aspects of our enterprise.
We are focused on open, trusting relationships. Your first will be with our team, then with your surrogate. We will guide you through your journey with the services you need, because we understand that case management is not one-size-fits-all. Our team members each have unique perspectives that help us compassionately accomplish our goal of building beautiful families.

The surrogacy journey is one that’s complex and can be emotional. Having an agency that is responsive, is able to deliver, and can support you with managing the process is critical. Heartland found the best match we could have asked for in a quicker timeframe than they quoted and was the most cost effective option in all our research. I received my bachelors in nursing from Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, IA in May 2003. I married my best friend Ben in March 2004, and we have spent the last 13 years in Des Moines.
I grew up in Houston, Texas and completed my undergraduate studies in Iowa. I obtained a BA in English from Grinnell College in 2004 and a BA in chemistry from Simpson College in 2005.
