Excellent support and professionalism
In my experience, the initial care was excellent, and my coordinator was incredibly kind and managed my appointment schedule perfectly, always notifying me in advance so I could reserve the date. Later, there were changes, and I was assigned a different coordinator, which I didn't appreciate because she had absolutely no idea about the previous process. I had to provide all the information myself, which should have been part of Gestacy's management. It also wasn't very pleasant because she made me feel like it was my fault I was sick and that she was trying to take advantage of the situation, which was never the case. I had a doctor changed so the transfers wouldn't be so long, but it was useless because the other doctor, who was supposed to be closer, actually scheduled appointments farther away, and my coordinator never informed me of this. When I tried to change doctors again, they wouldn't allow it, and I was no longer comfortable with the situation. For the delivery, they only told me that if I was okay with it being at the San Angel Inn or the Hospital Español, and because of the proximity and the transfer for a C-section, I preferred the San Angel Inn. But if I'd had more options, I would have preferred one closer. The surgery itself went smoothly, but I wasn't very satisfied with the recovery and follow-up appointments. I only had one check-up, during which my C-section incision was draining, and they only prescribed an ointment before discharging me. Plus, the scar feels a bit strange. As for the parents, I have no complaints. They were always concerned about my well-being and the baby's, and their payments were always on time.
