I honestly can't recommend this agency. They are extremely unprofessional. They promise one thing and then keep moving the goal posts and are unable to fulfil their obligations yet will still take your money. Avoid if you want a smooth surrogacy journey. The cracks show in this place when you ask for detail; they can never provide it and just make things up as they go along. So glad to have left this agency.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Gaia Fertility are true professionals in their area of work. With IVF/surrogacy, you need a trustworthy agency to help to direct you through the maze and Gaia were superb in doing this. Helping at every opportunity and doing all they could to make the journey to parenthood as stress free and easy as possible. Communication was excellent and speedy - even evenings and weekends. It felt like a 24/7 support service.
