Great, but the coordinator is very slow. Egg donation is already a lengthy process, and the fact that the coordinator makes you schedule calls every week and a half to provide minimal details makes it even more drawn-out. So be very, very patient, and try to organize as many details as possible in a single call; otherwise, you'll have to wait another three weeks aprox to have the chance to continue with the process😬
Being an egg donor at Futura is such a comforting and beautiful experience. Donating your eggs is a big decision that is so rewarding in itself; I have donated in both Miami and NYC with this agency and I have always felt like I am truly giving the gift of life to a family in need. Not only is it a life-changing process to help create a family, but I also learned so much more about my own fertility through working with Linda. She genuinely cares about each donor and parent and wants to make sure we have the best experience possible, through educating us on having families of our own one day and guiding donors every step of the way. Linda has become a friend and a mentor to me throughout this process, and I'm so grateful to have been able to donate somewhere that has truly changed my life. I cannot express how great of an experience it was❤️ everyone was very helpful and worked with me at any time of the day of I needed. Linda Acevedo is the Founder and Executive Director of Futura. With over a decade invested in the healthcare field, Linda has built a passion for helping others realize their dreams. After graduating with a BS in Health Science, Linda earned her MBA in Healthcare Administration to fulfill her admiration for Medical Practices and Hospital operations and efficient workflows. Since then, Linda has held substantial leadership roles in healthcare, which exposed her to the prevalent emotional gaps within the egg donation field. Seeing this issue firsthand inspired Linda to improve the fertility industry by creating an advanced support system for international parents and for the egg donors themselves.
