Our organization was founded by a group of seasoned experts in fertility and legal matters, with experience supporting over 500 parents from various countries. We have a strong understanding of Guatemala’s civil codes, where a court order is not required for custody of your baby. Our entire network—including staff, IVF clinics, lawyers, and hospitals—is based in Guatemala City, allowing us to provide a fully coordinated experience. We have been operating since 2015 and, until December 2020, worked exclusively through referrals from partners in countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, and Sweden.
Surrogacy in Guatemala is not widely known, and we have intentionally remained a boutique program rather than a high-volume operation. We focus on personalized service, working closely with each client and personally accompanying them to appointments. Our founder, Dr. Kramer, began working in surrogacy in the United States in 2014. We welcome singles and same-sex couples, and our team is based locally, ensuring that we can meet and support you in person throughout your journey.

Dr. Kyle Kramer is one of the founders of Eternal Spring. Former FDA consultant and Harvard Medical School Faculty, he was a biomedical scientist turned entrepreneur driven by his eagerness to constantly challenge himself. After successfully creating, establishing, and running a very well-known surrogacy agency for over 5 years, his determination to keep learning has inspired him to start Eternal Spring with a much stronger, wiser, and clearer mindset, almost granting even greater results this time around.
