Passionate about IVF and the life-changing possibilities it offers, Taylor has dedicated himself to making the journey smoother, more accessible, and more intentional for those in need. A proud father, Taylor is completely obsessed with fatherhood and his two beautiful daughters, who inspire his work every day. His commitment to building Elevate Baby into a premier agency for family creation led to remarkable growth in a short period of time—an achievement that earned him an invitation to Harvard University’s prestigious OPM program. Taylor is a graduate of Brigham Young University and continues to advocate for excellence, compassion, and innovation in the world of assisted reproduction.
Kyle Dean is a proud father of two children through egg donation and IVF, giving him a deeply personal connection to the life-changing work at Elevate. With a Magna Cum Laude degree from Missouri State University, he brings both expertise and passion to his role. Before establishing his current role at Elevate, Kyle Dean served as a National Business Developer for one of the country’s largest fertility clinics, gaining extensive experience in the field. Since Elevate’s inception, he has been instrumental in building and refining its operational infrastructure. Today, he oversees key policies and procedures across all three of Elevate’s departments, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for clients. Prior to his career in assisted reproduction, Kyle Dean spent years starring in Broadway productions, embracing the power of collaboration—a philosophy he now brings to Elevate. Whatever your journey may be, he is dedicated to making it a joyful and successful one.
Tara has been an integral part of Elevate since its inception and currently serves as CEO, overseeing all departments. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from one of Ireland’s top universities and a Master’s in Communications, Advertising, and Public Relations from the University of Ulster in Belfast, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Before joining Elevate, Tara built a strong career in international business, finance, marketing, and operations – holding roles such as Project Manager in Ireland and Account Manager at Herschel Supply in Vancouver, Canada. With over nine years of experience in account management and business development, she has brought her expertise to Elevate, playing a key role in expanding the fresh and frozen egg donor program and facilitating over 1,000 successful matches. Beyond her professional experience, Tara has also been an egg donor and a gestational surrogate, giving her a deeply personal understanding of the journey that both donors, surrogates and intended parents undertake.
Hannah Fjord grew up in Houston, Texas, and later earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah. She has spent the last three years working in the IVF field, first supporting egg donor cycles and now managing Elevate’s sperm donor program. Having been an egg donor herself, with a husband who is also a sperm donor, and now raising three children, Hannah brings both personal insight and professional expertise to her work. She understands the hopes and challenges that come with family building and is passionate about making the process as smooth and supportive as possible for every client. Before joining Elevate, Hannah’s career path took her through a wide range of industries — from technology and the medical field to owning her own wedding venue. This variety has given her a strong foundation in client care, organization, and problem-solving, which she now channels into helping families on their fertility journeys. Outside of work, Hannah loves tackling home projects and sharing mountain adventures with her family, where she finds the same sense of joy and fulfillment that inspires her work every day.
Having two children of her own and completing two successful surrogacy journeys, Krissy understands the importance of fostering a supportive and transparent environment for both surrogates and intended parents. Her diverse background in case management, finance, and the legal industry, combined with her personal experience as a gestational carrier, allows her to offer exceptional guidance and practical advice throughout the surrogacy process. Krissy’s creative talents and keen attention to detail ensure that the complex requirements of surrogacy are meticulously addressed. She is dedicated to crafting personalized plans that prioritize the well-being of both the surrogate and the intended parents. Krissy is proud to serve as a trusted resource for families navigating surrogacy, and wants them feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Megan is a passionate advocate for family building, with a background as a pediatric oncology nurse and a fertility nurse. Originally from Wilmington, Delaware, she earned her BSN from the University of Delaware in 2017. After working at renowned hospitals like CHOP and Rady Children’s, Megan transitioned into fertility care, where she discovered her calling in helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of IVF. As an egg donor herself, Megan brings unique empathy and insight to her work at Elevate, where she guides intended parents and donors through their journeys. She also creates educational content for social media, to raise awareness about egg donation and IVF, striving to normalize non-traditional paths to parenthood.
With over 12 years of experience in fertility clinics and third-party coordination, Miu is dedicated to helping bring miracle babies into the world. Fluent in both English and Japanese, she provides personalized support to intended parents from diverse backgrounds with her compassionate and detail-oriented approach. Miu’s journey to fertility began after earning her degree in Human Biology from UC San Diego. She initially worked in wedding planning in Hawaii before discovering her true calling in reproductive medicine. Her unique upbringing—born in Tahiti, raised in Tokyo, and later settling in Manhattan Beach, CA—has shaped her into a resilient, adaptable, and hardworking professional. Outside of work, Miu enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting Disneyland, making scrapbooks, and cooking without recipes. When she sets her mind to something, she excels—just ask about her accomplishments in piano, violin, tennis, or volleyball!
Kyla is happily married and a proud mother to a wonderful daughter. She entered the assisted reproductive industry unexpectedly but quickly discovered the profound fulfillment of helping others build their dream families. Outside of work, she enjoys weightlifting, baking, hiking, reading, and spending quality time with her family. Passionate about exploring new places and cuisines, she is always seeking new experiences. Above all, she is driven by a deep commitment to giving and helping others achieve the most out of life.
Kari Brown is a financial coordinator who works with intended parents to facilitate a seamless journey towards parenthood. As a mother of four children, Kari is passionate about supporting clients by creating a transparent environment which fosters trust and security in the future. She believes there is no greater blessing than that of building a family. Kari has over ten years experience coordinating financial services and transactions across multiple industries. Kari also enjoys personal training with a focus on new mothers and their journey toward long term health. Kari received her Bachelors of Science from the University of Utah.
Angel brings compassion, organization, and commitment to her role as a Surrogacy Case Manager. Her empathetic approach and attention to detail ensure that all parties feel heard, respected, and informed. Angel is passionate about helping families grow and takes pride in being a steady, reassuring presence throughout the life-changing experience of surrogacy. She’s here to support intended parents and surrogates every step of the way-answering questions, coordinating details, and making sure everything runs smoothly from match to delivery day. Outside of work, Angel enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending time with her family.
Katie grew up in Austin, Texas and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas in Human Development and Family Sciences. She has a diverse career background focusing on families including foster care and adoption, autism services, and now IVF. Katie brings both personal insight and professional expertise to her work. As a former egg donor and current gestational surrogate, she is able to connect empathically with egg donors, surrogates, and intended parents. Outside of work, Katie loves spending time with her family, traveling, and scoping out good food in Atlanta where she lives with her husband and two young children.
