As trained mental health professionals, our on-staff doctors ensure that our Surrogate and Egg Donor Programs operate according to our principle of “Do the right thing for the right reason.” They are involved from the very beginning to provide informed consent, education, and clinical supportive counseling for intended parents, egg donors, and surrogates.
Having an on-staff psychological team allows us to provide comprehensive, multi-service care throughout the entire process. With strict laws governing surrogacy and egg donation, our multicultural and multilingual case managers—fluent in Spanish, Chinese, German, Italian, and French—help international clients navigate the U.S. system. They coordinate IVF cycles, facilitate relationships between intended parents and donors or trusted surrogates, arrange medical and psychological appointments, and communicate with physicians and their staff. With over 20 years of combined experience, their dedication and personal connection to each client provide security and understanding 24 hours a day.
Our professional intake coordinators handle all initial screenings and guide donors and surrogates through the entire application process, verifying transcripts, records, and medical history, and ensuring that candidates are fully educated about the surrogacy and donation process before being presented to intended parents. Once active surrogates and donors are ready to move forward, our Surrogate and Egg Donor Advocates provide ongoing support, coordinating medical appointments, travel, and answering questions around the clock.
