As trained mental health professionals, our on-staff Doctors ensure that our Surrogate and Egg Donor Programs operate according to our code of “Do the right thing for the right reason!” They are involved from the very beginning of the process to provide informed consent, education and clinical supportive counseling to intended parents, egg donors and surrogates. Having an on-staff psychological team allows us the unique ability to provide the highest level of multi-service care throughout the entire process. With strict laws regarding surrogacy and egg donation, our multi-cultural and multi-lingual case managers (fluent in Spanish, Chinese, German, Italian and French), help us break the barriers faced by our international clients coming to the United States. They are responsible for coordinating IVF cycles and facilitating the relationships between intended parents and their donor and/or surrogate. They arrange medical and psychological appointments and coordinate communication between physicians and their staff. With a combined experience of over 20 years, their dedication and emotional connection to each and every person provides our clients with the security of care and understanding 24 hours a day. Our professional Intake Coordinators provide all aspects of our initial screening and thoroughly guide donors and surrogates throughout the entire application process. They verify all transcripts, records, medical history etc. and ensure that candidates are fully educated regarding the surrogacy and donation process before they are presented to our Intended Parents. Once each active surrogate and donor has completed their applications and are ready to move forward, our Surrogate and Egg Donor Advocates step in to provide ongoing support as their journey continues by facilitating medical appointments, coordinating travel, and being available to answer questions 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
