Paul Slater has been assisting ICRM in different roles over the past 20 years. Most recently, he has served as a clinical trials coordinator where he has helped many couples achieve their dreams of building a family through the help of clinical trials sponsored by pharmaceutical companies. He has also provided general legal counsel to ICRM for many years. Paul is the proud father of twin boys who were born through IVF, so knows firsthand what it is like to go through the IVF process. Yuki Ohi-Maas, PhD, has a strong scientific background as well as training as an embryologist. Due to her own struggles with infertility for many years, followed by medical complications with the birth of her son, she has personal experience with using both an egg donor as well as a gestational carrier. She is in the unique position of having been both a patient and practitioner in the ART field. Yuki has a profound appreciation for those individuals who are willing to make sacrifices to help others build their families when this could otherwise not be a possibility. She now have two beautiful children as a result of ART and could not be more grateful! Through BBA's own personal experience, they understand that not everyone who wants a family can achieve this alone and it sometimes takes the help of others to make this dream come true.
Kimberly has been practicing law for over 15 years and is passionate about helping families grow through assisted reproductive technology, including surrogacy, embryo donation, and egg and sperm donation. A mother of four children, Kimberly knows how important family is and will make it her personal goal to ensure a rewarding surrogacy journey.
Shaylan works at ICRM as well as in conjunction with Building Blocks Agency. She performs the physical exams for the gestational carriers as well as coordinate the embryo transfers for ICRM's families. This career is very personal for Shaylan. In fact, due to past medical issues, Shaylan's own son was born by gestational carrier through the amazing team at Idaho Center Reproductive Medicine. She absolutely loves what she does and really enjoys meeting new surrogates that she can assist in this journey in helping families grow!
