Beware of This Agency – Misleading and Unethical Practices This company has consistently disappointed with its poor service. Despite its small office with just eight or nine employees, it already have a long list of ongoing lawsuits, which should have been a red flag. First, you'll need to pay hefty agency fees and background check costs for the surrogate mothers. However, even after paying these fees, you, as the intended parent, bear all the financial risk. They refuse refunds and are not held accountable for any issues that arise, regardless of their mistakes. Worse still, the surrogates they recommend are often questionable.
