I started my fertility journey here and big mistake. I had so many ultrasounds and was told they don’t see anything wrong with me. My husband submitted his sample (as instructed by the doctor) and the nurse at the front desk ask HIM what they should do with it. I left there and went to a competing fertility specialist. With my very first ultrasound they found a massive growth in my uterus. I had to have surgery to remove the tumor that mainline missed over the course of several ultrasounds. I wasted so much money here and it could’ve ended badly for me. Edit: my google name is my maiden name. I don’t feel the need to call mainline fertility to hash up old feelings and tears as they instructed in a comment on my review.
My wife and I had a terrible experience with Mainline Fertility. After my wife's initial consultation, she never got to speak with the doctor again. She was only prescribed fertility drugs, which we later discovered were ineffective for her condition of low ovarian reserve—a diagnosis they completely missed. We felt disrespected and decided to leave the practice. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. After we left, the administrative staff became hostile and started processing our medical claims as out-of-network, despite previous claims being in-network. We've been trying to resolve these incorrect claims for over eight months now, and we are still receiving inaccurate bills. My wife continues to get calls for payments on services we haven't received in the last ten months, even though our insurance statements indicate we are fully paid. The lack of respect, incorrect diagnosis, and ongoing billing issues have caused us significant stress. We do not recommend Mainline Fertility to anyone seeking respectful and accurate medical care.
I would NOT recommend MLF to ANYONE. This company is all about the $$$ especially since the switch to prelude. I went through 6 months of fertility treatments with this practice, and had multiple nurses tell me that they thought I had endometriosis, but nobody ever followed up with me about it. Not even Dr. Glassner, who knew about it. In addition to that, after about five months of failed treatments/IUI’s, our doctor decided to tell my husband to go to the urologist to get more tests. Done to see what the issue was. First time in five months that my HUSBANDS issues were addressed. We would’ve loved to know this in the beginning of our fertility journey as it could’ve made all the difference in us actually conceiving a child through Mainline fertility. not to mention the fact that nobody in the office seems to ever be on the same page, especially when it comes to billing, which is probably one of the most stressful, but important things while going through the fertility process! They let bills back up into huge balances that people can’t afford to pay, and then they subsequently cannot get their fertility treatments until they pay. I absolutely despise this practice and all of their practices. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE GO TO SHADYGROVE OR RMF!!!!!!!
