Services vary. Ask who coordinates screening, clinic communication, matching, insurance review, escrow, legal referrals, travel, pregnancy support and postpartum care. Get important promises in writing.<\/p>

Your attorney should represent you, not the intended parents or agency. The lawyer can explain compensation, expenses, insurance, lost wages, medical-risk provisions and applicable state law before you sign.<\/p>
